A False Felling

The other Lizard Rider came from behind, raising his partner's hand.

a loud pop sounded from the muzzle of the gun, bullets shooting into the sky. This act infuriated hunters and some were ready with their weapons to strike.

"We're here to ask for their help, behave yourself, soldier."

"Yes, Lieutenant Filipe Martell. I apologise for my impudence."

Almond-brown eyes studied the situation around him. Filipe realized his soldiers' mistake. He decides to get off the white komodo and the four soldiers also get off their komodo.

Picking up the bag of money on the ground, the blond wavy haired man approached hunter. Filipe smiled and his voice was friendly. "Please forgive my friend's impoliteness. Could you please, guide us to Switzerland? We can afford to pay you five to ten gold coins for your services."

"Gold is not enough. If you want to ask for help, make a quest and submit it to the Quest Master."

Filipe's yellow eyebrows drew up. "Must that be so?"

"Yes, for us besides money, exp is the most important thing. Just by doing quests, our exp increases."

"Ho, is that so? Well then and to me the most important thing is to have fun with new friends. For all the hunters here. I'll treat you all to a drink at the village Tavern."

Instantly the hunters were in an uproar and welcomed Filipe's offer with open arms.

"Are you serious?"

"Oh my God, he wants to treat us!"

"Welcome sir, welcome to Orzon village!"

Filipe and his four troops along with the hunters entered the Tavern like a flood. They shouted happily, singing together.

It's easy to move the hearts of those idiots. In no time Filipe was transformed from a hated man to an honoured guest there.

In the hunter's tavern, Filipe's attention was drawn to three familiar faces. The annoying faces of three Alderranians.

"Miss Roselin and friends, what are the three angels doing in this hell hole?"

Despite Filipe being polite, the three alderaanians' greeting was rude. With a wall face they offered a smile and refused to shake hands.

Folding her hands under her overflowing chest, Roselin smiled sarcastically. "Ara Ara, what brings an aristocrat like you here, hmm?"

"Just like you guys." Filipe stopped by the stoll bar.

Like a king, he was served by his subordinates. In a matter of fingers, scraps of paper, quills, and black ink adorned the bar counter.

Filipe wrote elegantly. "I saw your quest paper on the quest board. I copied the template, okay?"

"Whatever." Roselin's observant eyes swept over what Filipe had written for a moment, before giving the other two Alderranian the code to leave.
