Hunters and Quests

"AGHHH finally did it!" said Muk Yong. After lengthy documentation and hours of signing forms, she was finally done. However, she still had to wait until they accepted her as an actual citizen of the Salalune Kingdom. Muk Yong was exhausted, but before she tried to do anything else her mind was set on one thing, and one thing only. That is to register as an official Hunter

"So, can we go to the Hunters Guild next?"

"No," said Jane who was very tired and pissed that she had to be there with Muk Yong too

"Sure," replied Blake, who wanted to market and sell the goods anyways

Despite being on the same team, Blake and Jane are strangers in the Kingdom; they rarely speak to one another. They only talk when they need to; apparently, he doesn't know that half the time Jane is stalking him as he walks through the market. Now that he has his eye on Muk Yong, Jane is jealous and even pissed off. She was pissed off too. It made her jealous that he spent so much time with Muk Yong compared to her.

Jane said she was heading home but she was actually planning to spy on them from afar. After all, she is an assassin. After Muk Young and Blake entered the building, Muk Young began registering as a hunter and Blake started selling horned rabbits that they caught.

"Yeah, everything I have hoped for has come true!" Muk Yong whispers to herself in happiness as she is filled with joy

"Is it possible, Blake, for us to make a quest right away?" Muk Yong asked Blake excitedly.

" You could take a quest but I don't think you'll be able to do it today as it has already become very dark" Blake replies in an attempt to warn her.

"Well it isn't really going to be too challenging for you because you are just an F-rank currently, so it shouldn't be too much of a challenge" Blake said.

"Okay, let's go find an inn for you for the time being. Maybe my inn has a room available. I think they still have a few rooms left" Blake replied, trying to help Muk Yong find a place to stay.

"but I don't have any money" said Muk Yong

"Don't worry. I'll take a cut of what we made from hunting the rabbit earlier today. You saw the rabbits anyway. It was just a matter of shooting them down and selling them for profit. So we do owe you quite a bit of money. So how about coming over to my place?" Blake asked Muk Yong in a spirit of kindness.

"yeah sure, if I could it would be wonderful" she replied to Blake's questions

"Let's go to my inn. I'll show you the way." Blake said

They started walking to Blake's Inn and on the way there they ran into Jane who was pretending to shop but was waiting for them to call her out.

"are we there yet? I'm hungry, and I'm extremely tired " Muk Yong said

"We're almost there just a little bit more and then we're there. My inn has delicious food just a few more minutes" Blake replied

"What? They didn't notice me? Well, I guess there are quite a few people here," Jane thought

As Jane stalked the house, she jumped up on the roof and continued stalking. And spied on them. In less than a quarter hour they finally arrived at Blake's Inn, where he was staying for the night.

"Hey there Ursula how are you doing today?" Blake asked the inn lady Ursula

"Oh so you're back. I'm fine, how about you, young man?" she asked with a big smile

"yes im doing fine as well as well i have a new client for you"

"Oh hey there young lady how are you doing?" she asked politely.

"yes, I'm fine thank you" Muk Yong replied nervously

"Anyways, I'm planning to pay for her room" he said to the inn lady

"ok young man, but are you sure you don't want to sleep with this young lady?" she asked with a viseous look on her face

As Blake reacted to that nasty question, "Ursula, that's not funny, it sounds like I do it a lot."

"Is there anything to eat?" She is quite hungry after that long paperwork."

"Of course, please give me a minute and I'll prepare to cook something," Ursula replied and gave them the keys to their room.

Okay, when you're done looking at the room, you can sit down somewhere. I'll arrive with food as soon as I'm done checking out your room. Please check out your room first." Ursula advised.

After Muk Yong made herself comfortable she headed to the kitchen and sat down. After some time Ursula came and gave Muk Yong her food. She ate and headed to her room and tried to sleep but couldn't. She was so excited that she couldn't sleep, so she decided to try what she saw in all the anime she watched. She stood up and thought about water and let the feeling of energy flow to her wrist and put her hands up

"Water ball" the mana starts flowing out of her fingertips and forms a ball after 5 seconds. It begins to become water

As she saw what was in front of her eyes her water ball disappeared and she collapsed to bed.

" Did you get your quest? Oh, and before I forget, here is your hunters card that she gave to me after I took you here, knowing that I took you here." said Blake smiling as he looked at her.

She smiled back, and Blake Jane entered the guild. Blake Jane and Muk Yong began their day with an excursion to the slime forest. This is a place in the wild zone that Muk Yong is required to visit as part of her quest.
