Chapter96: don't have condoms

Alex looked at the woman beside her and smiled. She's not as good as he thought in playing video games but he's happy he's playing with her. He lied about not knowing how to play. Of course he knows how to play video games. That's one thing they used to play when they were young. Him, Andrew and Felix.

"Alex, aren't you playing? You gotta move or you will get in that ditch. Alex..."she called him and he returned to reality. He looked at the guy he chose to play with and saw he was really going in ditch. He quickly started playing though he just let Kimberly be on top. He likes it when she's wining even if it's against him. That's how he loves her.

They played for a while until Shawn joined them. Shawn said that he wanted to compete with Alex and Alex just smiled

 He didn't refuse not accept until Shawn insisted. He accepted the competition and they started. Kimberly is the one who was shocked. Alex had spectacular skills and he said he didn't know how to play. He won against Shawn each and every time until Shawn gave up.

I was really shocked. Alex lied about not knowing how to play and he deliberately let me win when we played. He made me look stupid showing him how to play when he knew all the while.

"Damn, you are really great at this."Shawn said smiling at Alex.

"Naah.. this is my first time playing."Alex replied and I looked at him now wondering what the hell he is saying.

"Really? I mean that was insane for a first timer. Kim and I have been playing for years and Kim is not even half my level. I wonder what she learns each time."Shawn Said laughing and I glared at him.

"I usually learn something. It's just that..."I didn't have an excuse. He kinda said the truth. I sighed and looked at him." Whatever."I said and Shawn laughed.

"I told you, you don't learn something."he said and I rolled my eyes. He's such a show off. I looked at Alex who was just looking at me. Is something wrong with me? I looked at myself and then at him again. I walked to him and sat next to him.

"What is it?"I asked him in a voice only him and me could hear.

"Nothing. You just look so beautiful."he smiled and lifted me up and put me on his lap. I wanted to get up because Shawn was looking at us but he held my waist and tightened his grip and I stayed there.

"Alex, are you really making me leave indirectly? I can't believe you married my baby girl without even telling us. If aunt and grandma knows this, they will be really mad."he said and I looked at him.

"She's not your baby girl. She's my wife."Alex coldly told Shawn who was sitted on the couch next to us.

"Whatever, wait until aunt knows about this. You'll know she's not your baby girl."Shawn said chuckling.

"Shawn, can you not say anything to anyone please. I'll tell my mom and grandma when I will be ready but not now. I don't want them to think I'm not thinking about them in my marriage decisions."I said and Shawn chuckled.

"You of course weren't thinking of them."he said and I gave him a disbelief look.

"Why are you being like this. I thought you supported me being married. You literally said I should get married."I told Shawn.

"Please don't misinterpret me. Of course I wanted him to marry you. He's the only person I can trust with you even though I don't like him but seriously, I like it that he takes good care of you. But I'm mad that you didn't even tell me about it. You could have called or something."he said

"We've talked about this Shawn. I'm sorry I didn't pick your calls. What more do you want?"I asked and he lifted his hands in defence. What is he defending himself against. We literally talked about that so I don't understand why he's bringing the story of not calling him again.

"Shawn, that's enough. My wife needs her peace of mind. So don't you utter a word to make her angry."Alex warned him and I looked at Shawn smiling.

"Whatever."he said sulking.

"And can you please don't tell my mom about my marriage. I'll tell them. I want it to come from me. Grandma too."I told him and he mischievously smiled but he nodded. I sighed because I knew Shawn and his big mouth won't shut up for long. He can't even keep a secret for fucks sake.

"You can go ahead and tell them Shawn." Alex suddenly said and I looked at him shocked. What the fuck? This man can't be serious.

"What are you doing honey?"I asked him and he smirked at me. He raised a brow at me.

"Telling him to say something to your mom and grandma."he said.

"I just said I'll tell them. They deserve a proper I don't know, a proper explanation."

"Yeah. They do."he said.

"Okay. What the hell is going on?"I asked because Alex was really confusing me.

"I already asked them for permission to marry you so they already know. You should call them. They might want to congratulate you on your marriage."he said. That's really mind blowing. How did he pull that up?" I called them yesterday and explained everything to them. They didn't really approve my method of marriage but I told them I'll give you a grand wedding that you deserve but for know I'll make you mine first before that time reaches."he said and I leaned on his chest. Damn, I can't even say anything because I don't really know what to say.

"Woow Alex, I'm really starting to like you know. You really deserve her."Shawn said and Alex just shrugged.

"I don't like you."Alex said and I chuckled.

"I know."Shawn said shrugging. I don't know why these two always be like this. They should just admit it that they like each because I really know they do.

"Alex, thanks for doing that. It really means so much to me. I think I should really go and call my mom and grandma now. I switched my phone yesterday."I said getting up from Alex's laps. He didn't stop me so I went upstairs.

Shawn looked at Alex and sighed. He really need to ask Alex about something but he don't how. His lips parted but no words got out and he sighed again.

"What is it Shawn?"Alex asked looking at Shawn.

"Umm... How's you know.."he said throwing his hands up and rolled his eyes.

"I'm I supposed to know who's you know?"Alex asked immitating Shawn's action of throwing his hands in the air. Shawn chuckled seeing Alex do that.

"So you have a funny side huuh?"Shawn asked still chuckling. He never imagined Alex doing such a thing.

"Go to the point Shawn."

"What a buzzkill. Anyway, you know who I'm asking about."

"No I don't."Alex smirked throwing his head back on the couch.

"How's Felix?"he finally asked and Alex laughed.

"I anticipated for this day so much so that I get to mess with you but now I can't even do that because of the look you have on your face. You look depressed dude. I thought you said you don't want to hear his name again? What happened?"

"You just said you don't want to mess with me. I don't need you to make fun of me right now."Shawn said and he too threw his head back on the couch.

"I told you to call him. He's depressed too and at that time I told you that, I was just looking out for my friend. It sucks when you want to hear the voice of the one you love but you can't. So I understood how he felt. I've been through that with Kim and trust me it's not a good feeling."

"Damn, you think I don't know that? I was just in denial but I can't do it anymore. Do you think he would want to talk to me?"Shawn asked sitting up then he looked at Alex.

"Is that even a question? Try and see what happens."Alex said and sighed. He sat up and looked at the depressed Shawn." Do what you feel is right. I need to take Kim somewhere."

"Like a date?"he asked and Alex nodded."okay. Whatever, I'll be here."

"You love this penthouse of mine so much."

"Who wouldn't."Shawn said chuckling.

" Do you need me to give Felix a call or something? I can get him to come here."Alex said and Shawn nodded.

"I would appreciate that so much please."

"Whatever. Just make sure you don't fuck in every corner of the house. And I don't have condoms so order some, you know just in case" .Alex said chuckling and then he left upstairs.

"The nerve of this guy."Shawn mumbled to himself cursing Alex.
