I stand next to my angel as she knocks on the front door feeling her other hand squeezing mine anticipating what's to come. The door swings open and a man who resembles my angel so I'm assuming he's her father. Christine's son.

"Damn. You.. again" he says looking Cleo over disgusted and everything in me wants to punch him straight in his fucking nose. How the fuck--

"Who the fuck are you and why the fuck you here?" He spits as his eyes fall on me and I raise my brow at him ready to step forward but Cleo tugs my arm making sure I stay put.

"I came to speak with you and Kirsten" she says and he sucks his teeth but keeps his eyes on me.
