kou was walking to hes apartment to get ready for the walk he was about to have with hakura as he was walking he heard a girl screaming he feels like this isnt hes business but he nervously steps in seeing her getting abused by a guy he sighs not wanting to step in since this is not hes business but he remembers the time he saved hakura from that one asshole kou runs as fast as possible to the dude and drop kick him
"FUCK OFF" kou says angrily the dude tries fighting back but kou dodges and kicks him in the nuts knocking the dude out and sighs
she looked at kou afraid the girl had white hair and red bright eyes
kou looks confused
"hold on...your a yokai?"
the girl gasps
"h-how can you see me.."
kou walks away
"dont wanna explain it...just be careful i have something to do right now"
he starts running to hes apartment and look down
"didnt know...yokais can be this pretty."
he said blushing he calms down and puts a jacket on walking outside he sees hakura waiting for him leaning on the wall smoking another cigarette
kou walks to her smiling nervously
"h-hello...its cold today...isnt it.."
she looks at him and looks away not saying anything
she finally says something
"tell me kou...are you dead?
kou eyes widend looking down nervously
"y-yes...i am"
kou thinks in hes mind
"wait does this count as breaking the rules?"
kou was still looking down
hakura looks back at him
"iv been seeing.....strange things lately"
kou sighs
"y-yeah...me too...."
before he could say anything else a sword was flying towards hes neck he quickly dodged it and ran away
it was haru
"DUMBASS YOU PROMISED NOT TO TELL ANYBODY NOW YOU GOTTA PAY" she says angrily
kou continues running away and even wall climbed to some roof
hakura looks at these two confused
"h-HUH?" she followed them
haru flashsteps to kou almost cutting him in half kou jumps over the sword
"h-hey....stop"
haru looks at him angrily
"why should i betrayer!" she swings again but he dodges all of them
kou sighs and looks down
"my life is already shitty as it is i got rejected by a pretty girl iv died AND NOW YOU WANT TO KILL ME EVEN IF IM DEAD? WHERE WOULD I BE SENT THEN HUH"
hakura hears what he said about rejection and looks down a little she smiles tho cuz he called her pretty she walks to him wanting to help em
"hey let me help yo-" hakura eyes widend seeing that hes hands are on fire she backs away
"WO-WOAH DUDE LET ME GET A BUCKET OF WATER" she walks inside the building
haru looks at him
"impressive....this looks like a soul technique yet i dont know what it is...like it matters anyways your just a lost soul." before she can swing again kou runs to her and grabs her head throwing her off the building
kou goes back to normal and looks at what hes done nervously
"FUCK I JUST HURT A WOMEN" he looks down
before he could look up again he gets wet from the water hakura throws at him
hakura looks down
"o-oh shes gone"
kou sighs
hakura smiles nervously
"h-hey kou..."
kou looks behind him
"hm?"
hakura looks down
"im pretty?"
kou eyes widend realising that hakura heard what he said earlier kou sighs
"yes...you are"
hakura smiles more
"do...you...wanna...maybe go on a date."
kou is shaking nervously but then he calms down and says
"i have to do something right now...i dont know...but ill be back"
hakura sighs
"fine....busy kou i guess"
kou chuckles and pat her head
"hey....quit smoking."
hakura looks at him and smiles
"eh maybe"
kou finally walks away and jumps out of the building running to find haru
