Book 2 - Chapter 2- Ocean – Family Meeting

~~

Ocean

~~

Apparently, today was the day for family meetings. My parents said they needed to talk to us all, so right after we left the restaurant, mom and dad took me to the house that I shared with Makai and his parents. Though this was an arrangement that would be ending soon. Ben, Ryan, Makai, and I were all going to be moving into our condo in L.A. soon. I guess with us moving away we wouldn't be able to have these family meetings as frequently anymore. If I thought about it, I didn't mind the impromptu meeting all that much.

We would only be about an hour or so away depending on traffic. Sometimes it would be an hour, sometimes a lot longer. But we were going to college, we were getting married, we were starting out lives as adults. They all needed to understand that we would be leaving.
