She felt like she was suffocating, and her eyes widened in fear. her body trmebled vehemently. "M-m-arta, L-L-ydia..." she stammered as she moved with trembling body.

Marta was lying in the floor and her cloth soaked with blood, while Lydia was unconscious, her clothes were clean, so there were no blood.

"M-m-arta, L-L-ydia.." She stammered again as she moved close to them. her tears that were threatening to fall, flooded her face when she got closer to Marta and Lydia. "Marta!!" She yelled as she shook her body. the blood that stained her body was actually from her neck.

"Marta...!!!!!" She weeped bitterly. Lydia was unconscious so she would wake up anytime soon. "Marta please... wake up..." her voice was now low as she shook Marta's body slowly, her energy was leaving her and it is like something heavy was placed in her chest. She found it hard to breath. When happened to her when Zolan was trying to send her away, is happening to her now.

No! I must stay awake. She crawled to Lydia and shook her. "Lydia.." She called. But she got no response. She looked around as if remembering something.

Ava panicked again, 'thana, where is she?' She thought then quickly got up. She ran to thana's room, but she wasn't there. She ran to her own room, She wasn't there too. She ran to Marta and Lydia's room, thana wasn't there. She Panicked and rushed to where Marta and Lydia was. She heard Lydia groaning. "Lydia??" She called as she rushed to her side. "Ava..." Lydia called weakly. "Find thana.. thana took her.." She said and turned to look at Marta whose body was already pale. A tear rolled from her eyes as she closed her eyes.

Ava felt really angry at herself, She is to blame for all of this. Had she left earlier, this wouldn't have happened. Her curse has caused them harm now..and Marta is dead... 'O Marta.' She thought and stood up. She turned and headed straight to the door. "Ava..." Lydia called her, but her voice was too weak and low for Ava to hear. her mind was filled with one thing.

She Stormed out of the house, and kept walking not knowing where she was going to.

when she got to the road, she halted. "where am I even going to?" She sighed, then turned back and headed back home.

When she opened the door. Lydia was heading to the kitchen. She rushed to Lydia. "You should seat, I'll go get what you need." She said and rushed to the kitchen. she halted when she was few meters from the door. "Ava.." she hit her head then turned back and walked to where Lydia was seated. "what should I get for you??" she asked. "water." Lydia replied. "OK." Ava dashed to get a glass of water.

"here." she handed it to Lydia and waited for her to finish drinking before she asked. She has a hint on who took thana, but she hoped it not it

"Who took thana?? did you see them?" Ava asked gently. "Some people on black, I couldn't see their faces and.."

"knock, knock." she were interrupted by the knock on the door. " Is it Ava?" Marta asked. "I'll go check." Lydia said and turned to the door, but Marta held her hand to stop her.

"it strange, Ava could have called me or you, and the knock was hesitant." I would check." Marta said as her eyes were fixed on the door. "go and stay with thana." Marta said and headed to the door.

"Who is there?" she approached the door cautiously.

She got no reply, and that fueled her suspicions. She held tight on the door knob and opened it slowly, but froze at the sight that welcomed her. they looked like assassins.
