Chapter 38

Attack on stronghold !

[ DING ! DETECTED MUTATED BEASTS IN AIR ]

[DING! HOST NEED TO TAKE ACTION IMMEDIATELY ]

Hearing the notification he knew that something was wrong so he immediately looked at the map and he saw several black dots around the base .

He immediately went towards there without thinking any more. On his way Jonathan came to him and said in serious tone

"Boss something is going on outside the base"

Winter felt surprised because he found the Mutant beast because of the map function but how did Jonathan know that something is wrong .

Winter didn't ask him about it, instead he said calmly

" Yes and We have some work to do "

Hearing this Jonathan didn't say anything but nodded and said

"Boss are we going to fight ?"

Seeing his excited look winter smiled and said

"Yes and you can finally fight now "

As he said that they already appeared outside the stronghold and looked at the base wall .

Above the base wall there were one , two , three...twelve bees like mutants buzzing around the wall .

Winter immediately saw their stats ;

Rest of them were like that !

Only one of them was a elite while rest of them were normal bees . They had a ten times the size of the normal bee which Made them more deadly . They were currently flying over the outer wall , winter felt puzzled because of their behaviour. Because if humans were entered into their range they will ultimately attack them without hesitation but this mutant bees were just circling around his base even when they entered their range.

Jonathan looked at the bees and said in serious tone

"Boss .....what are they doing ?"

Winter shook his head and said

"Who knows but since they are surrounding the base . We need to clear them soon as possible."

Jonathan replied in excited tone

"Boss then can I join you to kill them ?"

Winter didn't disagree but said to him in serious tone

"Go and Tell miss Sally to come and support us here "

Jonathan replied immediately before running off

"Yes boss"

Even through winter was best at close combat he didn't have any ways to deal with range attacks especially like the flying type Creature. He might have [Bow and Arrow] but it should be fast enough to reach the mutant Bees but he was sure that the bees should have higher agility compared to him in air.

So he decided to use Sally ability to restrict them and kill it with one sweep. Even through the Elite beast was level 15 he can easily kill it within two or three moves because of the CLASS ability.

After half a minute he saw Sally coming towards his direction with serious face.

He looked at her and said calmly

"Miss Sally can you help me to solve the problem "

As he said he pointed at the Mutant bee direction.

Sally immeadiately looked at the direction and saw the giant bee which made her broke out in fear but few second later she recovered and said

"Mr. Winter I have a limited battle experience and my ability is only average ".

He didn't say anything but waited for her to continue her sentence

"But I will try my best for helping you"

Jonathan also replied suddenly

"Boss me too".

Winter stated to plan the battle position and he said to them after confirming that it was best for the current situation.

He said to Sally first

"Miss Sally you should use your ability to restrict the bees or try to make them not run away and best it would make them unable to flight away".

Sally understood and thought for a second . She then nodded her head with determination .

Winter tribes to Jonathan and gave him some simple work.

"Jonathan protect miss Sally from the bees as much as possible and always pay attention to the surrounding ! You got it?"

Jonathan said immediately

"Yes boss"

Hearing this winter took out the [Bow and Arrow ] from the system . He gave it to Jonathan and said seriously

" Try to aim when they are in the ground or if they are near you "

Seeing the [Bow and Arrow] suddenly appear in front of winter hands magically , Jonathan eyes widened in disbelief but he soon calmed down and took them while saying to winter with strong tone

"Rest assured Boss as long as I'm alive I won't let the beast attack miss Sally !"

Winter nodded and took out a black liquid in a glass tube.

[POISONOUS POTIONS] ×1

he handed it to Jonathan and said with a warning tone

"Dip the Arrow in this liquid and aim it at the bigger bee when it is in ground . Also be caution of the black liquid it's poision !"

Jonathan hand shook in fear but still he gritted and said

"Yes boss . I will try my best to aim correctly"

Winter took a deep breath and equipped the sword .

He started to approach the mutant bees and aimed his sword at the elite beast .

The Mutant beast stopped their actions and looked at winter with hostility . Seeing their eyes filled with hostility he said to Sally loudly .

"Now . Restrict them " .

ZOOM !

Tens of vines shoot out from the ground and reached the mutant bees immediately . But some beast were alerted and moved aside narrowly dodging the vines . Yet two beasts were bound and forced to land inside the base.

Seeing their companion bounded the elite bee eyes shone coldly and gave a loud cry .

SCREECH!

The rest of the bees started to attack winter ! But winter was faster than them .

SWOOSH !

His sword aimed at two beast bees neck and slashed with full force .

SLASH ! SLASH !

Two heads rolled down and green fluids splashed over the ground .
