Trap !

Time : 12 : 30 PM

Location : Research center , west city

Day : 15 day of the apocalypse .

Winter slowly opened his eyes from a stinging pain coming from his head . After a few second he finally found himself bound to a chair tightly with a chain. No matter how he struggled he couldn't break the chain even with his strength which made him frustrated . He soon calmed down and started to remember what truly happened and when he found the weird looking feet with a bunch of people he was filled with confusion .

Because that feet dosent belong to the human !

But what made him feel wrong was that no matter how they laid their trap for him , he couldn't have slow reaction since he is a level 12 he had a fast reflex and his class MELEE RANGER made him sense his surroundings more keren but still strangely his senses have become slow which ultimately made them catch him so he was very much puzzled because of it .

"What the hell is going on here ?"

He couldn't help but talk .

But there was no response which made him more and more suspicious of those group motive ! .

He started to check himself and found that his bag which contained daily supplies were taken away but luckily the system weapon can be equipped immediately because they were all in system storage . So he soon started to feel his strength and he was glad to find out that he was slightly dizzy and nothing happened to him .

When he started to think how to escape this place and teach those people who captured him a lesson , a rough cut his thoughts off.

"Well well you are awake . That's perfect "

He looked at the voice direction and found that the door was opened and stood before it was a grey suit wearing man where his dark and red eyes can be only seen . Behind him stood five people with same grey suit with only opening of eyes which was same as the rough voice man . All had red eyes and dark pupil.

Winter was taken back when he saw their stats .

ABILITY : MIND CONTROL

NOTE : THEY HAVE FORCEFULLY AWAKENED THEIR ABILITIES WHICH THEY COULDN'T AWAKEN WHICH TERMED THEM AS MUTATED .

SIDE EFFECTS : INSANE THOUGHTS , UNSTABLE , INHUMAN TRANSFORMATION ]

When he saw the rough voice man stats he understood something . These guys must be doing some research about to awaken the abilities and then even succeeded but seeing their side effects he couldn't help but feel a chill which made him shudder .

These guys are basically bunch of lunatics ! It's best not to provoke these people but why did they capture me and where is that weird looking foot ? Also his ability is that amde me have slow thoughts ? No it's more like I've become slow at that time . That might be the weird foot creature doing so this person can control that creature and make the creature slow his thoughts . But what kind of ability does the beast have to make me have these kind of slow moment and thoughts . And they don't have their name mentioned so that means they were slowly truning into something more .

No matter how weird and lunatics they are they couldn't know that i have some trump cards so let's act and see what their plans is .

He looked terrified and said in fear

"Who are you guys ? Why did you kidnapped me "

The rough looking man laughed loudly hearing this

"I thought you are strong since you are wandering here solo but who knew you are these weak and coward "

Winter even acted terrified and said in stammering tone

"Sir ....I just came from taking some food supplies . P-please don't k-kill me !"

The rough looking man laughed even more crazily . But at the next moment he stooped laughing and started looking at winter aggressively.

"Kill you?. No no we captured you for our new expirements so you don't have to worry about dying for now !"

Winter felt his hair standing on the head he couldn't help but now feel some real fear about this lunatics expirements . He couldn't help but say

"Don't please don't I can work for you and I know all lot of information here since I'm wandering around here all day"

Finally the rough voice had some interest he couldn't help but look at winter and said in mocking tone

"Oh really then you better don't lie or else I will make you living worse than dead " .

Winter pretend to be scared and said hurriedly

" I don't dare to sir . I know a lot of information especially the miltiary people who are here before and the zombies hordes which are gathering at the city hospital ".

The rough voice paused for a moment and said coldly

"It looks like you have some pretty good information stored in your brain "

Winter immediately had uncomfortable feeling hearing this . He thought in his mind

"Don't tell me they are going to dig my brain up ...fk I better make this quick "

He then said with some hesitation

"Sir can you untie me first my hands are breaking from the impact. Please I promise that I work for you from now on so don't kill me "

The rough voice paused for a moment and said to one of the people behind him

"Untie him"

One of the person couldn't help but say in respect tone

"Professor what If he tries to escape "

The rough voice man glared at him and said in annoyance

"Don't worry this garbage Dosen't have any abilities and even if he had do you think he can escape from my control "

The later nodded and started to unite winter .

Winter pretend to be in pain and started to grit his teeth hardly which made the rough voice man look at him in disdain.

When winter stood up and was about to say some bullshit the rough voice man cut him off .

"Now let me test my ability and see whether you are lying or not "

As he said his eyes started to spin fastly and his two held up vertical opposite to his chest . A sound wave strated to travel towards winter mind.

[DING ! DETECTED OF USING ABILITY TO THE HOST ]

[ DING ! RECOGNISED AS MIND CONTROLLING ABILITY ]

Winter was caught off guard .
