First clan and Creation of town

It has been 3 months since then I have been practicing with the fighting experiences and I can confidently say that I can fight with a normal high class devil easily, but I know that I still lack of experience so I decided to choose a more combat related clan which is the Uchiha, senju, hatake, kaguya, yuki, and Terumi clan.

There are a lot of good choices but I decided to get a much easier clan to control and high loyalty so the Hatake is summon first, but before that I decided to make a town for the people.

It will function as a place of relaxation, shopping, and many more, I also planned to make a Bathhouse with a mountain scenery it will be a great place.

But I won't let anyone roam around like they own the place, so for people outside the faction they will need a ID bracelet that will track their movement.

The bracelet has a fuinjutsu seal that is created by the Uzumaki clan later when I summon them, so that it will track them and it will blow up when they are outside the Town.

The bath house is also out of the town in a mountain area but to get there they need to go through a portal in the town.

But for countermeasures there will be a barrier made with fuinjutsu and something I would create using denial of nothingness, this will strengthen as well as increase the amount of barrier on the town and on the bath house.

So yeah those are my plans, so without further delayed I created the town where other faction that come to visit will be at.

There are a total of 200 building, with cafe,normal shop, clothing shop, bar, cinema, restaurant, hotel, and some food shop, there is also a blacksmith that sell ninja tools and normal everyday stuff.

After I am done, I erected a barrier that will always be supplied with the chakra in the air so that it will stay erect.

Giving the town a finishing touch as well as modified the barrier to be sturdy that even sirzechs punch in his POD form won't leave a dent, I went west towards a forest area I decided to build the Shinobi Village there.

First creating my own home, a traditional Japanese house but it's huge and fully furnished with everything need from modern to traditional.

After finishing my home, I went back to the house I made and brought the computer to my compound.

I was planning on making a huge forest training field like in Naruto but I change my mind, I decided to create a time chamber in my compound so that I can train my dojutsu there.

After creating the time chamber I set the time difference of 1 day out here but it's 1 month in there, I didn't increase the time difference yet as the moment I step in the chamber I can't leave until the time is up which means that I have to wait 1 month there but the time out here is 1 day.

When I was done I decided to make a place where I will fight against all leader worst enemy 'the paperwork', I made a clearing South of my compound it was far away from my home but I can still get here in 2 or 3 minutes tops.

After the building was done I made the office like the Raikage office from Naruto, while I'm at it I made a library with a complete info on the human world as well as their history and the supernatural world and their history.

The library was next to the office building I called it (central command office or CCO), I went to my office room and made the same computer I have in my compound.

This way I don't need to often go to my house to search for mission or important event that will happen, When everything was done I made secret passage for my anbu all about the CCO and a secret basement where I store most C and B rank ninjutsu.

While the E and D rank Ninjustsu is available

While I was lost in thought thinking of what to do or create next, a notification appear on the screen

Looking at it I have a huge shit eating grin, I went to the location for the Hatake compound and started to make a clearing.

Afterwards I open the system and click on the clan option, there are two options that appear

> Create clan

> Summon clan

I chose summon clan and type in 'Hatake', then a sudden flash of light appear in front of me.

When I open my eyes a clan compound with the Hatake clan symbol appear and not even second later 501 people came and kneel in front of me "WE GREET THE LORD OTSUSUKI!".

"um– Yes I have been waiting I am shin otsusuki, who is the current clan head?" I ask them though I don't sound to demanding it's still an order.

After I ask a man with ashy white hair step forward and kneel in front of me, "My Lord! I am the current clan head Sakumo Hatake" when I heard him I almost choked on my spit.

I calmed myself, "Sakumo can you tell me your clan condition" he nodded "my Lord there are a total of 500 clansmen with 300 of US are active Shinobi while 200 are reserved, the active Shinobi comprised of 50 elite Jonnin, 100 Jonnin, 20 special Jonnin, 80 Chunnin, and 50 gennin.

While the reserve comprised of 20 Jonnin, 80 special Jonnin, 100 chunnin all are train to fight".

I nodded, I raised my right hand and took a deep breath trying to concentrate to make pill that will give them information about the supernatural world.

After a few seconds a bottle appear and inside it white pills that contain the info they needed, I looked at sakumo and said "here Sakumo, this pills contain all the information but in summarize version so you all won't have a mental breakdowns".

He took the bottle and said "my Lord isn't there any other way for us to gain information?" I sighed "*sigh* there is other way but this is the fastest but don't worry, just take the pill one pill for every person and take the pill when you're going to sleep it will help".

He nodded, I turn around but before I can walk I turn back and said "Oh! and start training, after you take the pill rest for 2 days because you all will feel fatigue and we need to be ready to strike" sakumo was confused he ask "are we going somewhere my Lord?" I smiled at him "our debut to the supernatural world as well as our first mission"

"what is the mission my Lord?" he ask me "we need to safe someone family and maybe one of my future wives as well" of course hearing this all the Hatake clansmen became serious 'we need to be strong, so that is why lord shin said that it will be faster using the pills WE CANNOT LET HIM DOWN!' they all thought in unison.

I told them to rest and looked around and explore if they want, I also informed them that a Library with the complete knowledge of the supernatural world is near the central command office (CCO)
