Felicitous Memories XVII

Natasha smiled as she was watching tv in the living room as Dom walked to the living room and he smiled as he saw her sitting on the couch.

"Your chocolates Madam" said Dom as he smiled and he handed Natasha a box of chocolates as she looked at him and she smiled happily.

"Hmm you remembered" said Natasha as she took the box of chocolates from him and he laughed.

"Of course I did, I always keep my promises remember" said Dom as he smiled and he sat down beside Natasha on the couch.

"Hmm that you do" said Natasha as she opened the box of chocolates.

"Thank you Dom" said Natasha as she smiled and he smiled at her.

"Thank you once again for going with me to that gathering yesterday" said Dom as he smiled and Natasha ate one of the chocolates already, she was in the mood for chocolates.

"You are welcome" said Natasha as she smiled.

"And I see what you meant by the many ladies" said Natasha as she laughed.

"They all looked like dejected puppies when you introduced me as your wife" said Natasha as she could not help but laugh.

"You see, you see what I have been dealing with" said Dom as he laughed and Natasha shook her head.

"Well Mr. White, it's the burden you bear as a dashing, young business man" said Natasha as she laughed.

"Nope, I don't like that, thank you for saving me" said Dom as he smiled.

"You are welcome, even though I really didn't do anything other than to stand around aimlessly while you spoke to the other businessmen" said Natasha as she laughed.

"I'm sorry about that, I didn't mean to leave you alone" said Dom.

"It's fine, it wasn't that bad" said Natasha as she smiled and she ate more chocolates.

"But there was one time when you disappeared, I couldn't find you" said Dom.

"Ahh well, I went to the restroom, and something actually funny happened" said Natasha as she laughed.

"What was that?" asked Dom.

"Well one of your admirers came to me, asking if I was really married to you" said Natasha as she laughed.

"Are you serious?" asked Dom as Natasha nodded and she laughed.

"Well I just said yes, and then she told me that she was sure that I really wasn't married to you, and I was just paid to act as if I was, she said that if I truly was your wife, how come there was no news of the wedding" said Natasha as she laughed.

"This is unbelievable" said Dom as he shook his head.

"I mean, she does have a point, the wedding wasn't make public" said Natasha as she ate more chocolates.

"And that is something to be happy about, if you didn't insist and Grandfather had his way, we would end up having many guests that we don't even know" said Dom as he laughed and Natasha agreed as she nodded her head.

"Can I have some?" asked Dom as he smiled.

"Sure" said Natasha as she smiled, she was not that stingy with chocolates.

"Thank you" said Dom as he took one chocolate and he ate it.

"Anyway, enough about that, people are free to think whatever they want to think, you are my legal wife, and there's nothing that they can do about it" said Dom as he laughed.

"You know, I'm considering divorcing you, so your admirers can get a chance to win your love" said Natasha as she laughed.

"Don't joke with that Natasha, if Grandfather hears you, you will be doomed, you know how much he hates that word" said Dom as he laughed.

"Yeah, I know" said Natasha as she laughed.

"So what are you doing?" asked Dom as he smiled.

"Oh nothing much, just watching this telenovela that Lulu recommended to Grandfather, which he recommended to me, he wants to get my feedback on it" said Natasha as she looked at the tv.

"My sister and her love for love stories" said Dom as he laughed and Natasha laughed.

"Was I disturbing you?" asked Dom.

"No Dom, not at all, this part was boring anyway" said Natasha.

"Alright, you do know that these things have a lot of episodes right?" asked Dom as he looked at Natasha.

"I know, and I happen to have some free time on my hands today" said Natasha as she looked at him.

"You want to watch with me?" asked Natasha as she smiled

"Sure, I don't see why not" said Dom as he smiled.

"So apparently the male lead and the female lead were friends since childhood, the male lead moved away, and they didn't see each other till the female lead moved to the city 20 years later, and from then it's just a rollercoaster of will they won't they" said Natasha as she laughed.

"Sounds interesting enough, you think they will move out of the friend zone quickly?" asked Dom as he looked at Natasha.

"I doubt it, I mean they are oblivious to their feelings and whatever, and the male lead currently has a girlfriend and the female lead is being wooed by someone else" said Natasha as she looked at him.

"You know the dynamic is rather familiar" said Dom.

"How do you mean?" asked Natasha.

"Nothing, let's just watch" said Dom as he smiled.

"Okay" said Natasha as she smiled.

Dom's phone beeped as he and Natasha was watching, and he looked at his phone and he smiled as he texted the person back.

"Whose that?" asked Natasha.

"It's Charlie, apparently he's watching the same telenovela that we are watching" said Dom as he laughed.

"Oh, I see that Grandfather got the whole family in on this telenovela" said Natasha as she laughed.

"It seems so, Charlie says that the telenovela is rather suggestive" said Dom as he laughed and Dom laughed as Natasha laughed.

"Hey, what do you think makes us such good friends?" asked Dom as Natasha finished all her chocolates.

"Hmm, I don't know, maybe it's because we grew up together, we have a level of mutual understanding, we respect each other, and we can be goofy around each other, I think that's what makes us such good friends" said Natasha as she smiled.

"I think that you are right, we also have more or less the same experiences, the way we think, we are a good team" said Dom as he smiled.

"The best" said Natasha as she smiled.

"Oh my, wait, he just broke with his girlfriend" said Natasha as she gasped.

"Now we are getting somewhere, I give them like 20 episodes to get together" said Dom as he smiled.

"Judging from the fact that this show has eighty episodes, I doubt that would be the case" said Natasha as she laughed.

"This thing has 80 episodes?" asked Dom in surprise.

"Yes my dear Dom" said Natasha as she smiled.

"This is going to take a long time" said Dom as he groaned.

"Get comfy my dear" said Natasha as she laughed and Dom laughed.

"I'm going to make popcorn, you want some?" asked Dom as he stood up.

"Yes please" said Natasha as she laughed and she shook her head.

Natasha groaned as she sat in front of her dressing table mirror as she frowned, she did not know what to do with her hair at all, and she was very annoyed.

"Hello, Hello" said Dom as he smiled and he knocked on the open door of Natasha's room as he walked into her room.

"Hi" said Natasha.

"What's wrong silly? Why do you look so annoyed?" asked Dom as he smiled and he saw Natasha's reflection in the dressing table mirror.

"I don't know what to do with my hair, and it's seriously bugging me" said Natasha as she brushed her hair?

"You want me to help you?" asked Dom as he smiled.

"What do you know about hair?" asked Natasha in surprise as she looked at Dom.

"You forget that I was the one who did Lulu's hair for her freshman year dance" said Dom as he smiled proudly.

"Wait, that was you??" asked Natasha.

"The one and only" said Dom proudly.

"Oh I forgot, you did do her hair, she bragged about it the whole week" said Natasha as she laughed.

"Well the hairdresser was held up in traffic, and my parents weren't home, so I decided to style her hair for her, and I am very good at it if I do say so myself" said Dom as he smiled and Natasha laughed.

"So you want me to do your hair for you?" asked Dom as he smiled.

"Well alright then, just be careful" said Natasha as she smiled.

"Don't worry, I am an expert" said Dom as he laughed and Natasha laughed at him as he took the brush from her and he brushed her hair.

"I remember when Lulu was little, and she liked playing dress up, she didn't have sisters, so we used me, Charlie, Michael and Nine as her canvases" said Dom as he laughed and Natasha laughed.

"I remember that, it was so funny, Lulu was so cute back then" said Natasha as she smiled.

"The cutest, but now she's a moody teenager" said Dom as he laughed.

"Oh give her a break, you guys don't understand her, she's young, you all are looking at her through the eyes of a twenty year old, she's fifteen" said Natasha as she laughed.

"You are right, but she doesn't want to talk to me" said Dom as he smiled.

"Oh you worry too much Dom, she's fine, besides, she knows when she needs to call her big brother when she needs help, just let her be, and learn on her own" said Natasha as she smiled and she looked at Dom through the mirror's reflection.

"I guess so" said Dom as she smiled.

"And viola" said Dom as he smiled.

"I love it, I didn't know that you knew how to do a French braid" said Natasha as she smiled and she looked at herself in the mirror.

"I am very full of surprises Natasha" said Dom as he smiled and Natasha laughed.

"That you are, thank you Dom" said Natasha as she smiled.

"Anytime Natasha" said Dom as he smiled at her.
