Exposition - Freytag's Pyramid

A boy trying to explain to his therapist that he has a problem and that he feels like he's sick and dying. The therapist is just giving him reasons he's not and he's being melodramatic. He's trying the therapist he's not melodramatic and is just sensible to all reasoning for thinking he's sick or has rabies or something. Trying to tell his therapist that he's a hypochondriac.
