Training

After spending the rest of the day creating a workout plan for Lilian and trying to figure out how to activate her Hanma blood, I went to sleep. 

...

Waking up the next day, I saw Lilian in the kitchen, and she was already making breakfast. She was also dressed in the school uniform that my mother had probably sent. 

"Ah, you're awake; I thought I could make breakfast as thanks," she said with a small smile.

"Thank you, but you really don't have to," I replied

"It's fine; it's really the least I can do after all you have done," 

After eating breakfast, we made our way to school. Reaching the school grounds, Sona was waiting there again.

"What's going on? First, a second new student, and you're still not in your uniform," Sona said 

"Yeah, yeah," I said, snapping my fingers and causing my clothes to change into the school uniform.

"What the hell? Why are you using magic," Sona said, pulling my collar and whispering in my ear.

"Unlike you, demon, I don't care if the humans know about my existence," I replied

"You better be careful, or someone will take you out to keep the secret," Sona warned

"Good, and I hope they give me a good fight," I said before walking past Sona, followed by Lilian.

"Virgil, what was that; your clothes," Lilian asked, shocked

"Don't worry about it, Lilian. This won't be the last time you see something you won't be able to explain.

Walking into class, Lilian introduced herself and sat next to me on the other side of Akeno.

"Ara, who is this?" Akeno asked

"Why would it matter to you," 

"Just serious," she said, looking past me at Lilian.

"She's a human. Does she know what you are," Rias asked.

"That's for me to worry about," 

While classes went on, I saw Lilian talking with Rias and Akeno during lunch next to the acult building. When Lilian left, I walked up to the pair.

"She's off limits for your recruiting," 

"You can't help her with what she wants, and I can bring out her full potential,"

"Touch her, and I will burn the Gremory family to the ground,"

"Watch your tone," she said, releasing her mana.

Not replying, I walked away, knowing that it would be stupid to start a fight I would lose. Once school was over, I left with Lilian and went to the docks where my car was being dropped off.

"Why are we at the docks?" Lilian asked

"I'm here to get my car," I replied

When I approached one of the dock workers, I showed them my paper. They walked away and spoke to the man operating the crane. After five minutes, a black cargo container was placed in front of me, and two workers opened it, exposing a red first-gen 1969 Camero.

Taking the keys from the manager, we got into the car and drove off. As we left the dock, I couldn't help but be excited about the fact that this was my car from my past life.

"Virgil, when will we start my training," Lilian asked.

"Tonight," I replied

Reaching the house, I parked the car, and we went to the house. Changing out of her uniform into workout gear, we walked into the basement.

"I'm going to warn you beforehand that this training won't be easy," 

"...I know I'm ready,"

"Alright, we will start off slow, 100 push-ups/150 sit-ups/100 squats/15 km run,"

"Wait, how is that starting off easy,"

"Stop asking questions and get to it," I said, getting in a push-up position.

(I should have seen this coming) I sighed, starting my workout

As I started, I could feel after every push-up, my clothes would get heavier. Once I reached 700, I could feel my bones begin to crack. Forcing myself to finish, I fell to the ground, my arms unable to move them. 

Looking over at Lilian, I could see her sweating to the point that there was a small puddle under her, yet she did not stop. 

Laying on my back, I began my sit-ups. At the end of them, it became a struggle to breathe because my ribs were breaking under the pressure. 

Standing up, I started my squats while Lilian was just about to finish her sit-ups. As I started, my knees and thighs almost gave in, and I hardly held on from not falling and passing out.

Once I was finished, I could move from where I was standing; it took everything I had so as not to fall over. Looking at Lilian, who was on her run, which seemed like she would pass out at any second, I forced myself on the treadmill. 

It took three hours, but once my run was finished, I fell to the ground. Unable to move, I could feel my clothes getting lighter. As my eyes slowly closed, I could hear Lilian's voice calling out to me and a system notification.

...

When I finally woke up, I found myself in my bedroom, with Lilian sitting on a chair and asleep next to the bed. Sitting up, I could still feel some pain, but most of it had subsided.

(System what happened)

[The host had been asleep for the past 2days recovering my broken bones, internal bleeding, and a majority of muscles being torn. Ms. Hanma has been taking care of you for that time]

"Is that so; I will make sure to thank her," I said, looking at the bags under her eyes.

"Yes,"
