Merus's Calling:

The woman spins back around and stares at me, I extend my hand forward creating a blast, I fire the blast at her, but in the corner of my eye, I see Merus fly in front of the blast, He shoots the blast, splitting it into two,

The broken blast falls to the ground, as a massive explosion happens behind Merus, and the woman, trees are launched into the air, as rubble pours down on top of me,

They both look at me until The woman behind Merus speaks,

" Where did your friend go? " She asks me, I just shrug my shoulders before responding,

" I don't know, but don't worry, both of you will be fighting me, " She looks at me confused before she speaks,

" Fight you, you can barely handle Merus- " Before she could finish her sentence, Merus raises his gun and fires a blast, I fire my own, as our blasts collide in the air,

A massive cloud of smoke covers the sky, as a light breeze blows the smoke toward me, surrounding me in thick black smoke,

Merus is taking me seriously, He's barely talking to me, usually, he would have something to say, but I guess today, he really is trying to kill me, but the woman he is with, is overconfident, I can use that to my advantage,

I close my eyes and sense the woman charging towards me from the left, I extend my hand and fire a blast, the smoke clears as the blast rips through the smoke, The woman's eyes widen as the spinning circle around her body slices the blast into small pieces,

I pull back my fist, as the small pieces of the blast fly towards me, and halt in the air surrounding me, the hundreds of small blasts flashed like glitter,

Merus was charging towards me until he suddenly halted and flew back, He stared at hundreds of blasts until he smacked his lips, he watched as the air around the blasts quivered, He knew my blasts were growing stronger,

Knowing this he quickly raised his blaster, and fired a massive blue beam at me, I extend my hand firing my own yellow beam, and the two beams collide as we enter into a beam struggle,

I glance behind me and see the woman flying directly toward me, with her right fist loaded back, I snap my fingers and a small speck of a blast appeared touching her nose, a massive explosion engulfed her face,

Her body wobbled in the air, as she was very close to losing consciousness, a grin appears on my face, I was about to snap my fingers again until a voice yelled out,

" You damn bastard! "

I look forward and watch Merus skates across my beam, using a small blast in his right hand, He glides across the beam before he spins and kicks me in the chest, my body is blown back,

He lunges forward chasing after my flying body, I bring my fist to my chest, and the hundreds of small blasts, pour down onto Merus pelting him, he is engulfed in smoke, as he lets out small grunts of pain,

I take a deep breath before noticing something moving to the right of me, I saw the woman staring at me with a bloody nose, I watch as the circle surrounding the woman started to disconnect, and the brown beads stopped admitting lightning, and all the beads except four, flew back to her wrists,

The four beads float into the air making a T shape, before a small spark of electricity, connects the beads making a blue sword of lightning, She grabs the hilt of the blade, and charges at me,

At the same time, Merus flies out of the cloud of smoke, with his blaster aiming directly at me, He fires a volley of blasts, as the woman swings her sword wildly...
