Primordial Demon, The Spy and the Paper Work

Milim dropped to her feet with an enormous smile as she looked me up and down, her eyes widening once she finished her scan. Scanning her too i noticed that she had new clothes on, her sports bra-esque wardrobe replaced with a stunning plain white dress, a cute black-thread bowtie bouncing with every movement of her arms.

"You seem different?! Did you do something fun without me...?"

Breaking from the serious atmosphere she was trying to create I guffawed at her classification of 'fun'. My actions didn't do much to alleviate her seriousness, the squinting of her eyes making the hilarity more potent for me as it continued. Finally she let up however as she saw Shuna rubbing her eyes and blurrily gazing at us both.

"Shuna! It's so good to see you again!"

"It was only a few day- UGH"

Milim ramped down her power significantly this time as she leapt at Shuna, my princess of a wife falling back onto her back. My Demon Lord wife namely, Milim, was now straddling her chest with bright white teeth exposed as she laughed out loud.

"HA, HA, HA! Let's have fun!!!"

She started to shadow box the air whilst straddling Shuna. Straddled by Milim I saw her simply lay back down and stare up at Milim like she was annoying. She was still apparently sleepy and was not yet ready for her sister's antics. Rolling my eyes at Milim's jovial attitude I flexed some of my powers and ensured that the house was completely clean.

"I am off to make breakfast. Be ready for it Milim, I'll make you some honey-glazed pork."

Drool started to slowly pool down from her opened mouth before she ran her right hand across her face and closed said opened mouth.

"Twhat, swounds delicious..."

Her speech became somewhat slurred as more drool coagulated within her mouth, her hunger immediately reminiscent of a dragons'. Blowing her a kiss, I set off to the kitchen and began to quickly make food. My cooking experience was affected massively by my Infinite Mind Ultimate Skill, the concepts and links it had to some greater power being immensely charged with power. From cutting techniques to glazing techniques, all was mastered to a surreal level. Very quickly the food was generating scents so tantalizing that I had even succeeded at waking Shuna up, her head, along with Milim's, now poking around the corner of the kitchen entrance.

Ten minutes later I served the food onto the table, my wives still watching me from around the corner. 'They think they are sneaky...' Pulling my index finger backwards, as if pulling on an invisible thread, I surrounded them with my teleportation magic and dragged them to their seats in but a second. Eyes widened and jaws dropped they slowly craned their necks back towards where I was standing, only to notice my upraised eyebrows and the twitching of my Kitsune ears in amusement.

"Eat up. Otherwise it will get cold."

Looking at each other for a few moments they then turned to their plates and cutlery, digging into the food I had prepared. The meal was rather simple for breakfast but they didn't care. Meat juices dripped from their mouths as gravy trickled down their throats. BBQ sautéed Onion, Honey Glazed Pork and some palate cleansing French fries. Seeing them eat I sat down too, our breakfast being a lively one, Milim giving a certain energy to the entire house that was nigh-on impossible to replicate.

...

A few hours later I was sitting in my office, Ruphia sitting across from Souei who was looking more and more uncomfortable with the advances that she was making.

"I see you have such 'big' muscles from training... I wonder what else is big?"

She looked down his body, some shivers quivering through him as she did so. Her gaze finally ended on where the table covered his lower body, her tongue licking her lips for a few second before it returned to its doll-like emotionless state. I had a headache. My work had been interrupted by her just ten minutes ago, her tone and urgency immediately making me think something major had happened... Unfortunately, this wasn't the case, and I was forced to bring Souei in to meet her. Apparently he had avoided coming back yesterday, a tip from one of his Ghost's leading him to a natural conclusion as to the purpose of my summon.

I didn't care anymore... This was affecting work and ultimately I couldn't care who they banged. Married woman that I was, I just wanted them out of my hair. Souei awkwardly turned to me, a quiet blinking of his eyes giving his desperate call for aid in this current moment. Ruphia glanced at me and seemed to narrow her eyes, the purplish-pink colour of her Demonic Aura flowing out. It was as if she was saying, 'Don't fuck with this! You promised!'

Groaning, I dropped my head to my desk and felt my patience snap. I had spent a long time in Raistlin's tower, but never had I experienced this level of awkwardness and stupid mind games.

"Ughhh...! I don't give a fuck whether you two fuck or not! Ruphia, if he says no then you are not allowed to pursue! Souei, if you don't want to fuck her or get with her then just fucking say it! NOW, get out of my office and leave me to my work!"

Ruphia creepily chuckled as she vanished outside the door to my office, Souei completely avoiding her with his shadow teleportation... I was tired. This morning after breakfast I had thought I'd be having a really great day, but no. No, I couldn't have a break... I just needed to have several thousands sheets of paperwork dumped onto my desk and then have it followed up by Ruphia who was a horny bitch.

'I feel as if I learned those concepts and elements for no reason... I can't spend a single moment to actually use them in a meaningful way!'

You are the one who took all of Rimuru's paperwork to help him.

'Yes, i know that, but several thousand? Really!?'

Look at it this way, you now have your finger on the pulse of Tempest. Now all you need to do is just focus on changes you could make here...

'... You make too many good points... Huuu, fine. How about we skip the less important shit and just get right to the industries and some other elements. Not that there'll be a lot of those left after yesterday.'

Right, well, I'll be here if you need me.

Morgan slipped away deeper into the system, his voice fading away into dull reverberations. Following my own thoughts I sorted out the paperwork and began to inspect the industries we currently had. So far there was the Clothing Industry, Logging Industry, Artisan Guild/Smithy Industry, Agricultural Industry and the Metal Tree harvesting. These were too few for the number of people in Tempestus.

"Hmm, perhaps we start introducing industries such as the ceramics industry, glass industry, Quarrying industry, Jewellery Industry, Wagon-building industry, Ship-building Industry and the machine-parts industry...?"

I took some of the sparse reports from the industries, looking them over and putting them aside just as quickly. Opening my desk and pulling some fresh paper I began to write down different industries and the manpower that would most likely be required for them. I added some extra on top of those I thought on as well. The final list looked something like this:

~ Paper Industry

~ Ink Industry

~ Quarrying Industry

~ Carving Industry

~ Jewellery Industry

~ Transport Manufacturing Industry (Ship, Wagon and Carts)

~ Glass Industry

~ Machine Parts Industry

~ Potion Industry

~ Magical Lighting Industry

~ Electrical Industry (Generator maintenance, production and supply)

I had high hopes for all of these industries. On Earth the more basic ones made a lot of money and added a lot to an economy. Producing was one of the best ways to enhance an economy as it stimulated the lowering of inflation whilst also increasing the availability of certain quality of life aspects.

To achieve these industries however, there would need to be some repurposing for certain buildings... Or a spatial expansion of pre-existing facilities to allow for an expansion and addition of some of these more unique industries. Over the next hour I outlined the basic techniques for each industry and then assigned certain people I knew and trusted to lead the industries. Much like how Kaijin ran the Artisan Guild within the city, his brothers would now also become heads of their certain branches. Effectively they would become council members for the Artisan Guild and thus have their own power and influence. This didn't come from nepotism however, they were simply the most affective artisans in those areas.

Sighing from the new Industries I'd just signed into being, I looked at the remaining paperwork, my eyes glazing over before I decided just to try and magic my way out of this. Having watched Naruto in the past on Earth I knew of Shadow Clones and their potential for crazy amounts of work being done... I'd thought of it a while ago but it seemed almost impossible to me due to the sheer quantity of 'Chakra' or Magicules it would take. Understanding the essences and concepts within and surrounding me I was confident I could leverage them to make a functional version... Even if it would be inefficient.

Pulling back out of my chair I stood and put my hands together in a prayer-like pose. Energy crackled between the skin of my palms, electricity slowly expanding around my arms like coiled snakes. Blue, White, Green, essences and Shadow concepts leisurely expanded out from my hands, said hands pulling back parallel to one another and away from each other.

"Shadow Clones!"

A weird sound that sounded close to a fart but more equivalent to someone sitting on an old couch that had air built up within it radiated. In but a moment I was joined by two copies of myself, their visage completely copied from my own. Flashes of vision from them sundered through my visual cortex, myself, standing in front of myself, that was standing in front of myself... vertigo almost caused me to throw up but I ceased its movements instantly.

"Other me's... Go do paperwork."

They grinned before one sat down in the chair and grabbed a piece of paper. The other sat on the side of the desk and floated the papers towards her, slowly processing through them before completing them in the same amount of time that I may have taken.

'This is so fucking broken... No wonder people were always saying this shit on the internet in my last life...'

Feeling free from the utter boredom of sorting through work, I teleported out of the room and up to the University Island, a name yet to be chosen for the new land of Tempestus. Looking around I saw some small patrols but mostly there were very few people walking around.

Using my extreme vision and senses I did pick up the presence of a resource tree being transported. Hundreds of Ghosts were arrayed around it as the tenders to the trees were unhurriedly carrying it over their combined shoulders, the sight being quite surreal if someone from outside of Tempest could see this. The paperwork was only handled yesterday but it seemed that it was rapidly relayed to them by the Ghosts and the staff of Tempest's Government. It was good because now the previous location that the trees had been implanted could be used and expanded upon.

"Rimuru sounds like he wants to create some sort of underground dungeon area... Perhaps he can use that?"

No one was nearby to hear me so I wasn't too concerned about leaks of information...It was an idea he probably got from anime like Tower of God and the one with the white-haired guy who had Hestia as his goddess. To be honest I never really got into those anime and I couldn't feel excited about the idea at all... But this was a combined effort by me and Rimuru so I would accept his craziness, much like he did with mine. We hadn't even consulted Yuna yet, but she would most likely ask to found an orphanage so she could adopt them, or maybe even an arena so she could beat people up.

In the distance the University glowed in stunning whites and blacks, the entire structure looking primordial and powerful despite its rather mundane purpose. Education, the campuses didn't need to be cool, but sometimes we all go, ' " EH fuck it..." '

'That was a good meme that I had saw... Hahaha'
