{AN: I have a good news…and bad news.

The good one is I'm going to upload a chapter on Sunday, and the bad one is that I won't upload it on Monday.

And I'm also changing the weekly schedule from next week, with no chapter on Friday and Saturday.}

—— Wanda's P.O.V ——

It has been three weeks since Bryan had disappeared.

With each passing day, my heart is aching more from the guilt, If I hadn't been so adamant about saving this world, Bryan would have been with me, and we have been together on a vacation.

It's all my fault for being such a busybody, If only, I would have minded my own business.

Every night I wake up from nightmares of Bryan dying while fighting Apocalypse…people around me also don't help as I can hear their thoughts about Bryan's death. Even though they say they are worried about Bryan, deep down they hope he would die.

*Knock* A knocking sound interrupted my thoughts, opening the door without asking the person behind, I saw Emma entering with a struggling girl floating behind her. The girl was in her early teens, wearing a denim jacket with an American flag symbol, alongside a black pair of jeans and a t-shirt with a star logo printed on it.

The girl froze the moment her eyes landed on me, her face becoming pale from the terror she was feeling towards me.

I became confused because of her odd behaviour but didn't question the scared girl, instead, I looked towards Emma, who guessing the meaning behind my gaze started to explain.

"Her name is America Chavez, she claims to be a multiversal traveller." Emma started, but I still gave her the same gaze as this doesn't explain the girl's fear towards me, nor does why Emma brought her to me.

"Because of our situation, I took the liberty to read her mind." Emma continued, and I scoffed at her explanation inwardly, as if she wouldn't if the situation was different.

But I didn't voice my thoughts and gestured for her to continue. "And what I found from her memory is quite problematic." Emma stops talking, and placed the struggling girl on the chair, but didn't loosen her telekinetic grip on her.

"An Evil version of you is hunting this girl for her ability to travel through Multiverse." I raised an eyebrow at that. Well, at least this answers her fear towards me.

"And why is another version of me hunting for her powers?" I questioned Emma.

"You know what happened to this Universe's Wanda?" Emma questioned back to which I nodded my head.

"Same thing happened to the other version of yourself, but this time instead of going to hell to retreat her boy's soul, this version decided to travel to a parallel world where her boys are alive and take that Universe Wanda's place." Emma's words made my stomach churn in disgust, but she wasn't done talking.

"And she got her hand on the Dark Hold which told her about America Chavez." I became confused again at Emma's last sentence.

"What's the Dark Hold?" I questioned her, but someone else spoke.

"The Darkhold, also known as the Book of Sins, the Book of Spells, or the Book of the Damned, is a book of spells containing transcribed dark magic based on ancient engravings carved by Chthon," America said making me look towards. "Or at least that's what Strange told me." America continues as she looks at me, and her fears lessening, probably after hearing my and Emma's conversation.

But before I can question her further, I was suddenly pulled inside my mind-scape.

"Interesting" I hear an eerily similar voice inside my mind-scape.

Looking around, I saw a replica of me going through my organised memories.

I quickly utilised my imagination to create a rope around the other me's ankle and pulled her outside of the house.

—— 3rd Person's P.O.V ——

Inside Wanda's mindscape, a house which is a copy of Bryan's house stood below the scarlet sky, and on a plane's scarlet surface.

Outside the house two Wanda stood, face to face, staring at each other intensely when suddenly one of them started to laugh.

The laugh was not of happiness or joy but of self-mockery, the Evil Wanda laughed at her misery and luck. While the Evil Wanda was laughing the Original Wanda was checking which memories the Evil Wanda read.

The Original Wanda frowned and just as she was going to speak, her privacy invader beat her to it.

"You-you have everything I deserved." The Evil Wanda pointed at the Original Wanda making her frown even bigger.

"The man you love, the brother you never lost, everything that was deprived of me. You have them!!!." Evil Wanda nearly screamed near the end of her sentence.

"Although you don't have Billy and Tommy yet, but you plan to have his child." Evil Wanda muttered to herself.

"Listen I know how you feel, but this is not the right choice, you can't kill another version of yourself, just to replace her." Original Wanda said, but the Evil one sneered at her.

"You know how I feel? How can you?" Evil Wanda sarcastically asked. "You have never suffered from anything because he, Bryan Fury protected you from every possible harm, and now look where it brought him. You forced him to a fight he didn't want to fight, and now he's missing. His life and death unknown." She mocked Original Wanda as she blamed her for her Naïveté.

Seeing her words hitting the target, and affecting Original Wanda's mind, she continues. "He has been very patient with you, but you, you have been forcing him to do things he doesn't want to.

"I know my mistakes, and I have promised myself to never force him again." Original Wanda cuts off the Evil Wanda, but her voice was shaky.

"As if you could do that, he has sheltered you too much." The Evil Wanda scoffed at her as she slowly started to take over Original Wanda's mind.

But Original Wanda's mental defence has become too strong after absorbing refined Mind-Stone energy. She quickly snaps back from her guilt and defends herself.

"Was that you're plan huh, making me feel guilty and drop my guard so you can possess me." Original Wanda questioned as she willed her mindscape to destroy Evil Wanda.

The Evil Wanda didn't reply to her. She just smirked as her body fades away from the mindscape.

Original Wanda checked her mindscape thoroughly for any signs of Evil Wanda before exiting the mindscape, and coming face to face with a worried Emma and America.

—— Bryan's P.O.V ——

After dealing with the Hydra soldiers outside the Facility, I flew towards another facility where they mainly focus on SS serum, and coincidentally the Tesseract is also placed there.

I plan to collect all types of SS serum, even defective ones, the serum I want to create is unique, so the more samples I have, the better it will be when I start working on it.

And after that, I'll absorb the energy of the Space-Stone to recover my energy reservoir.

It didn't take long to reach the location the scientist told me, but surprisingly there was no research facility or laboratory in the surrounding area.

I open my electromagnetic spectrum vision and scanned the area as I did not believe that the scientists lied to me.

And after scanning the surrounding forest and river, I found a laboratory under the river.

The facility was an underwater laboratory, shaking my head, I dived down towards the Laboratory, but not before noting down to always ask for specific details in the future.

I scanned the whole building and located the Tesseract and the place where they have stored all the different versions of SS serum they created to this day. After collecting the samples and absorbing enough energy from the Space-Stone, I found myself in a dilemma about whether to take the Space-Stone with me or not.

I know the Space-Stone will become useless after leaving this Universe, but if I leave it here, this Universe's fate will be very bleak since there are no Avengers to protect it from the Mad Titan.

I thought for a few minutes about all the pros and cons but ultimately decided to take it with me.

"You're a fucking hypocrite Bryan" I cussed myself for doing the same thing I tried to stop Wanda from doing.

Closing my eyes, I tried to feel the marker I placed on Wanda.

It took me a while to feel it, but something's making it difficult to feel the marker's location.

I frowned slightly at it because something to do that is quite hard as the marker was intended to guide me to Wanda if I ever got separated from her.

Thinking something happened to her, I opened the portal and quickly entered it.

—— 3rd P.O.V ——

Wanda was quietly sitting in her room while sipping coffee when a blue portal opened suddenly and a worried Bryan rushed out.

Bryan's worried face is visibly relaxed when his eyes met with Wanda's.

"Bryann!!!" Wanda exclaimed as she crashed into his arm which he hurriedly raised after seeing Wanda flying at him.

"Careful love, you might hurt yourself," Bryan said as he wrapped his arm around her.

Wanda started to cry in his embrace making Bryan forget about the disturbance he felt in his marker.

Bryan consoled Wanda as he told her what happened to him after the fight, he told her about the other Universe he's been in.

He even told her how he left that Universe to its own demise, just to see her reaction, but surprisingly she didn't give any reaction to that.

"You seem quite different," Bryan asked while he placed a kiss on her head.

"Different? How?" Wanda raised her head from his chest and cutely questioned, making him release a chuckle.

"Hmm, I don't know. I can't seem to place a finger on it." Bryan answered.

"Maybe I did change, after-all you have been missing for almost a month, I have been worried, each passing day was a nightmare," Wanda said as she snuggled back in his chest.

"Hmm, so how was your experience here." Bryan changed the subject after feeling Wanda's emotions.

"Not good, I want to leave this Universe as soon as possible." Wanda raised her head again and said with a frown.

"Let's leave tomorrow morning then as I'm too tired," Bryan said and Wanda nodded.

"You go freshen up, I'll go and make something for you," Wanda said and left Bryan's embrace.

"Hmm" Bryan nodded as he made his towards the bathroom, but stopped when his eyes fell on a heart-shaped ruby necklace on Wanda's Neck

"That's new, where did you get that." Bryan pointed at the necklace and asked Wanda.

"Ahh this, Pietro gave me this, it's an old accessory of this Universe's Wanda," Wanda replied as she opened the door of the room.

Bryan's eyes shined purple for a second but returned to normal as he moved towards the bathroom.
