So, As I told one of the commenters, I don't have a mom fetish so Sereyna was never Alaric's mother. But, as I was writing another chapter, She became a lot annoying to write about, like how to tell her about my powers or how to progress land. And forget about her being a love intrest when I had rather die of cringe than approach the subject. I mean how can you go around talking romantic to someone who basically supervised you as a child.

So now our MC is an official Orphan.

I am changing some things in chapter 2 and 3 which I will list here so you don't have to go back to look.

[1] Sereyna is now the head maid of the castle. MC will call her by name in the future.

[2] Sereyna is no longer a Mormont but a commoner but MC' mother herself was a Mormont.

[3] The regent of House Noir will be Master Edward till MC grows up or that's how it was supposed to happen but he will be under mind control him and he will be taken care of in the future. He is a rat anyway.
