"I lost"

Elle's POV:

(At the police department)

"Salute to the new head of our department" officer Park announced and with that announcement, everyone welcomed me with a fake smile or some of them were happy.

After fulfilling all the formalities I went to dads desk which is now handed over to me.

"This parcel came a week ago for you and this letter I found in your car during the investigation. Sorry I had to read it as you know." Officer Jun placed them on my desk.

When he left I opened the parcel and to my surprise, they were my adoption paper. Haha! Funny how I received them after dads death. Then that piece of paper on which I inked my life he never got to read it. Hahaha! I lunatically laughed and got some attention. F*ck my f*cking life I said only for my ears to hear.

"Officer Jun I need to go somewhere, if something urgent rings up just give me a call".
