the Lords of the city

yesterday-

Professor Barnett villan knocks on a door. Alberto opens the door. he looks at the Professor and then he looks at the strange man behind of him. the Professor asks him if he can take care of his 'creation.' Alberto accepts the responsibility in exchange of few things that are better to be kept in secret.

Professor Villan turns around and he talks to Viktor in the same way that a father talks to a son. Viktor nods as he enters inside of the mansion. Alberto gets out of the mansion and he closes the door to talk with Professor VIllan in private.

now-

Sacred Mask is inside of the Odin's sight prison. he sits inside of a white room as he waits for someone to bring Julio Aguirre. Sacred Mask was told by a stranger about Gluttonyc Justice's regular visits to a prisoner who use to be a notorious Vigilante.

Dark Archangel is taken inside of the room by two guards. Sacred Mask asks them to let him alone with him for some time so they can talk in private. the guards were against that idea at first until Sacred Mask reminded them that he is the number one Hero on the Heroic City. he can handle anything.

the guards leave. Sacred Mask asks Julio about his relationship with Gluttoyc Justice. Julio looks at him for a moment and then he looks at the white table as he sits down slowly. Julio wants to trust in that Hero, bub there is something about him that doesn't feel right. Julio is curious to know why is he interested in Chiko.

"don't get me wrong. I am only curious about your relationship with him. I don't care if he is planning to commit a crime or if he is doing illegal things after all he is a war Hero so any crime that he commits will be mostly seen as a justifiable act of a war Hero who is only playing around with the lack of work on his life..... the real reason I am interested in him is because I am an admirer who only wishes to be of help to his childhood Hero."

said Sacred Mask with a strange smile.

it is hard to say if Sacred Mask authentically wishes to help out of good will or if he is only lying waiting for him to take the bait. someone like him has fame, power & the money to do whatever he wishes to do, so it is really hard to believe that he wants to help a veteran Hero for no especial reason unless there is something that he is hiding.

"I can't be sure if I can trust you or don't.... the only thing I can tell you is that Chiko is an old friend from the old times..... I was officially offered a position to be one of the thirteen guardians, but I never took it because I saw the corruption of the government in those days. it isn't officially written but I was trained by one of the first generation of the thirteen guardians.... if you ask me who, he was the only one who didn't have a fighting power and one of the main founders of the thirteen guardians."

said Julio looking directly at the eyes of Sacred Mask.

Sacred Mask trembles. he never expected to actually get any information from that man. it is unbelievable that a man like that is behind bars. how can a man so connected to the saviors of the country be another ghost rotting in prison.

later on the hospital...

Arristide is visiting his cousin (Gratiano) who is still in a coma. Bloodstain & the Drainer are walking behind him. Arristide tells them that he has a plan, but he needs to be sure if they are going to be loyal to him until their contract is over (Arristide hired Drainer again after thinking well and understanding that it doesn't matter what he does Alberto hates him and he is going to attack him at any moment.)

Arristide explains that he is planning on attacking Congressman Mark C Miller Jr today and once that is over he is going to surrender to the cops. Arristide knows that he is going to be safe if he is taken to a prison by the cops.

Bloodstain tells him that he has a better idea. Bloodstain tells him that he can surrender to the cops while Bloodstain attack the Congressman and Drainer can attack Mr Blue-Ribbon. they take out two enemies and they let Alberto believe that he has won. Arristide likes that idea and he laughs like a true villain.

Bloodstain calls a friend. forty minutes later Biyu arrives with another two low level Heroes. Biyu walks in front of Bloodstain (she didn't recognized him at first because he has never talk to her while using his villain clothing or what he calls it his 'work clothes.') Bloodstain was going to say hello to her. she punches him in the face. Bloodstain falls on the floor and he yields asking her to stop.

"wait are you Fumiko's hot boyfriend? why are you dress like a clown."

"I am no clown, this is my working clothes. most guys use suits and ties, well I wear this."

"I knew it, you were too perfect to be real. so you have those kinds of fetishes..... I am not judging, if that makes you happy it is fine."

Bloodstain was about to slap the shit out of her but he was stop by the idea of Fumiko hating him for hitting her female best friend. Bloodstain explains that he is a Villain and that the Drainer (Daisuke) is a Assassin/Villain/Baker.

Bloodstain explains to Biyu that Arristide wants to be taken to jail so he can pay for his crimes. he also asks her to take care of him and to make sure that nothing happens to him. Biyu assures him that he is in the right hands. the Heroes leave with Arristide.

an hour later on Mark C Miller Jr's mansion.....

Mark is eating alone. the lights of the mansion went off for two minutes. when the lights are back every guard was dead or unconscious. Mark isn't impressed as he looks at Lucky-Hit who is standing in the other side of the table.

Mark keeps eating as he tries to think in who is in front of him? why is he in his home? and what does he want? those are the most important questions at the moment. depending of the answers he will know if his life is in risk.

"are you not going to talk or are you waiting for me to speak first. if you are trying to be polite spare me the politeness of the possible introduction and go to the point of why are you here and what I can do for you."

said Mark as he grabs a gun that was hidden under the table.

Lucky-Hit snaps the fingers and about twenty shadows wearing coats are surrounding them. Mark is sweating waiting for the worst outcome. he already lost one eye when he was betrayed by his lapdog, but this is completely different. if he doesn't act fast he can lose his life. Mark isn't ready to die jet when there are a lot of things for him to do.

Mark drops the gun on the floor. he raises his hands. his last choice is using his own power. the problem is that his last proper fight was about ten years ago. his powers are like a house, they need of proper maintenance or they start to decline not only in quality but also in the time of use.

"I want to ask you for a simple favor. Bloodstain is going to arrive at your home at any time to eliminate you under the command of his actual boss. I want you to offer a deal to him. want you to become business partners with his boss and to offer protection to Bloodstain. you can kill his boss or destroy the whole city, but if you touch a single hair from him then I will make sure to make you scream so much that you will lose your voice before you lose your life."

Mark understood in an instant that this wasn't a question or request. this was an order and disobedience means death. Mark nods with a huge smile and he lets them know that he is going to do what they asked him to do. Lucky-Hit snaps his fingers. the lights go off for ten seconds and when the lights come back. Mark was alone on his home.

Mark waited in there for Bloodstain to arrive. when Bloodstain entered on the mansion Mark offered a deal to Bloodstain and he declared that he wanted to end the war in between him and the other gangsters on the city.

at the same time on the other side of the city.....

Mr Blue-Ribbon is walking on the streets. he feels like there is someone following him. he takes his gun out. he walks slowly paranoid of his surroundings. he turns around to see the Drainer with two swords looking directly at him like a predator looks at its prey.

Mr Blue-Ribbon runs away and he turns around to shoot a few times (he is good at fighting and all but he is not stupid enough nor has useless hope when it is about the Drainer one of the most infamous Assassins/Villains.) Mr Blue-Ribbon runs as fast as humanly possible knowing that his life depends of his speed.

"wait a damn second. do we really have to do this?"

Mr Blue-Ribbon keeps shooting with his left hand as he grabs some smoke grenades with his right hand. he throws the grenades one by one as he keeps running away. he looks at an open store and he enters.

Mr Blue-Ribbon didn't know until he was inside that the store was a store of 'toys' well to be more specific toys for the use & pleasure of females. the Drainer gets inside of the store and he gets distracted by the 'toys' and the sizes of said toys. Mr Blue-Ribbon takes one huge purple one and he slaps the Drainer multiple times. the Drainer falls on the floor and he takes his mask off to breath. Mr Blue-Ribbon puts the tip of the huge purple toy inside of Daisuke's mouth.

"if you are not going to pay don't touch them, also this is not the place to play with the toys.... the damn hotel is on the corner of the street."

yields the guy on the cash register.

Daisuke kicks Mr Blue-Ribbon on the nuts. he falls on the floor in pain. Daisuke stands up. he takes a wallet from Mr Blue-Ribbon's pockets and with the money on it he pays to the guy on the cash register for the purple huge toy and he also pays for the toys that he might use in the next ten minutes.

Daisuke takes a huge green toy that is so long that it looks like an anaconda and he also takes a whip. Mr Blue-Ribbon takes the purple toy once more as he stands up. this was a macho style fight between two rivals trying to find out who was more macho (even if it looks like something more naughty.)

Daisuke hits his rival in the ass with the whip. Mr Blue-Ribbon screams in pain as he tries to defend himself with the purple toy. Daisuke throws the whip. they start to hit each other on the face with the toys. in a moment of weakness Daisuke falls on the floor. before Mr Blue-Ribbon could claim his victory he was hit on the nuts (for the second time) this time with the green toy. Mr Blue-Ribbon falls on the floor in pain.

"this way officer."

the guy on the cash register was on the front door of the store with four cops (they have body builder like bodies) the cops were called for a 'couple's fight' on the store. Daisuke & Mr Blue-Ribbon are taken to prison.
