A lord of Mysteries wandering with a Sword

At the end of the Lord of Mysteries' life of many years of watching the world die out, it had finally ended and so he sought a different end to his own powers. He would leave it to chance. For another soul he would see the end of his life ended in a more, horrific fashion, to most. A final destination-esk ending one would even say. as his soul wandered its way a flash of light and he is no longer aware of where his soul is moving shifting colors and bright streaks of light and he finds himself in front of a fiery blaze. A new story for one who was to become the wrought iron hero, and a new beginning for the current one. —————————////—————————— planned worlds include but not in any order; Tamriel: oblivion and skyrim (different visits) JJK Universe all artwork is owned by their respective owners and all characters from their various franchises are owned by their respective companies. Emancipation! (..And adventures of a sword)

AN:// Apologies for the delay but I do have an excuse. My mother was on the book of faces and decided I needed a new cat to help fill the void left by my beloved antisocial best friend.

As such, meet Page! (didn't name her) A year old kit who is as adorable as she is slightly crazy. Updates SHOULD be stable for at least a while except maybe next week Sunday as I am taking the motorcycle class to be legal on the road.

For non-Americans info, we need a separate class to say we can drive a motorcycle or scooter if it is over a certain amount of CCs. fun stuff. Adventures of a sword part 3 at the end of the Azarius chapter!

[POV Azarius]

{Zenin Compound}

With their victory I decided to wake up the unlucky recipient of worst father of the year. Ogi Zenin was mortified at how easily he had fallen. but when you have one daughter who is invisible to most conventional senses for sorcerers and can easily lift a bus and another daughter who can transmute anything she can imagine... yeah, he was fucked.

I then took the time to pop in and out of the compound to a nearby city clerks office to get the forms. The half bruised face of their father was even more red by the time I returned with the emancipation forms.

I did meet the girls mother for a short time as I needed her signature, of which most of was her scowling at me. Bitch.

The twins were in a happy mood nonetheless as Megumi was sitting astounded from the whole process. Poor kid had improved but not nearly as much as the two sisters did. It was towards the end of the fiasco that a new face arrived. Much younger than everyone here.

"What is the meaning of all of this!?" He shouted. The training field was a complete mess due to the many uses of cursed techniques. Not to mention the individuals in bandages brooding off to the side. Then you just have us chilling as if we owned the place and we just collected rent money like some Yakuza.

"Ma, Ma, Calm down. No one is dead and it's all okay now." Gojo said from beside me. eyeing the newcomer as he did so. inclining his head he said to me, "This is Naoya-kun. I believe he is supposed to be the new head of the Zenin Family."

"I am the head of the Zenin Family!" He interrupted. "Now someone tell me what is going on!"

My fist fell into my open hand as I said, "Oh! So this is the person responsible for when his group of elders attempted to strongarm me into all of a sudden being a part of the Zenin clan and threatened my person?"

Gojo playing along said, "Yup!"

Nodding my head as we were in perfect sync I said, "Ahh, so when I ask for compensation for the stupidity of his clan I should talk to him?"

Still nodding his head Gojo said, "Quite so!"

The poor blond young man was quickly getting red in the face but then grew pale as he was hearing our words. Then began full blown panic as it set in.

A younger member of the clan was quick to update him as he whispered the story of all that happened recently. It was a funny sight to which myself and Gojo were snickering to ourselves about.

In the end the man raised an arm to his face and pinched his nose. A deep sigh left him as he was processing the events.

"I apologize on behalf of the Zenin Clan." The words set off the brooding members of the clan around him "Silence!" He shouted to the people.

"We will speak of your stupid actions another time, As the Clan Head... I endorse the Emancipation of the Twins." His words were spoken with gritted teeth as he finished and walked away.

The sad thought left in my mind was, damn... no payday today.

ADVENTURES OF A SWORD!!! part 3: The Great Hunt

[POV Shirou]

{Tamriel 4th Era Year 80}

It began with a courier. The damnable creatures can find you just about anywhere I swear. An evening chilling in a tavern as I took a vacation from diving into ruins for years on end led to the strange "Man" finding me... saying he had a letter for me.

I was almost scared to actually take the thing from what my senses told me was dangerous. And that was saying something considering just how strong I have gotten since coming to this world.

The actual letter was an invitation. An "invitation" or more like declaration sent by the Dedric Prince Hircine.

Throughout the years I have heard of these "events" he organizes. He is the Dedric Prince of the Hunt, Sportsmanship, and werewolves. It turns out he has decided upon a Hunt for this Era.

In his spirit of fairness he had let me know... I was the target of the Hunt. I would be the prey for his event of this Era. But just as they had their rewards for their hunt of me, I could also gain from this. As so was the Decree of the Dedric Prince of the Hunt.

The rules of the Hunt were listed as well in the letter.

-The Hunt would be for a duration 3 months.

-All Dedric Princes would put forth one champion to the hunt and only one champion.

-The times by which the prey could be hunted are only if the moons were visible in the skies.

-Death of a champion would mean they, The Dedric Princes, are out of the competition.

-NO help will be given by the patrons besides an artifact of their patron. Any rule breaking will be subject to penalties by Hircine.

The rules were rather straightforward. An interesting way to pass the time was one of the main thoughts went through his mind. As well as the indignation of deciding he would be the target of various individuals.

So... as one does when some godly beings think they are just going to have their way, he decided then and there, he was the hunter. The Champions of the Dedric princes just didn't know it yet.

Since he was in Cyrodil he assumed they would be in the region. As such he made his way out in the open plains just south of Chorrol. Then proceeded to just wait.

On the third day he finally had a visitor to the plains. A man dressed in dirty black robes just about strutted into the fields. The swagger of a man who really didn't know just what he was up against.

I just continued to sit upon the large stone in the center of the plains. The Champion decided to speak first, "Ha, an easy mark. Fools who do not recognize the great might of Necromancy will see first hand when I complete this Hunt in the name of Mollag Bal!"

I was half tempted to just end it here but with that declaration lets see what the man has going, who knows he might surprise me.

With a flourish a spiked mace was in his hand as he raised the other in front of him. As his Magicka was channeled a small army of undead rose behind him.

With a sigh I finally stood. My clothes hadn't changed much since my time in the Alik'r. I still wore my black cuirass. My shroud had long since been worn only on my waist. My head was wrapped as in the same way as most of the residents of Hammerfell.

Only my own was red to match my clothing. Finally I was left with my mask. A plain white mask that only had the eyes carved out from it. One of my pastimes was to keep infusing Magicka into it in patterns just for a bit of fun.

The Necromancer began to wave his hands forward, him minions were following suit. With another sigh I decided to get a workout in and walked forwards. A simple curved sword was projected as my weapon of choice.

The fool was laughing maniacally bragging about how he knew of the culture of the Alik'r and how the people were not allowed to attack the undead in any form. While he was right, I was completely different.

With a simple swing of my sword a rotting head would fly. Then the next. and the next. The laughing died down as he tried to focus. But my eyes were on him, unnerving him as I advanced.

He began to try to swarm me with the undead, I simply showed him just how outclassed he was. Dancing among the dead... I moved. This so called workout was simply a farce to my capabilities.

And I would show all of these Champions... just what it meant to be prey.

The unhinged necromancer after seeing his forces falling to the wayside advanced himself. The spiked mace in his hand raised high as he charged with some of the stronger dead.

I simply deflected the undead's attacks around me and continued my path forwards. Projecting another sword as I marched. So the plains were wrought with the stench of death as I tore through the army with nary a sweat.

When he finally arrived, horribly outclassed as he was, the fool simply made a very telegraphed attack.

I just chopped his hand off. The brutal looking mace was left on the ground as the necromancer was forced to come to the reality he was now without a hand.

A swift kick sent him on his back as the undead in armor rushed to protect their master at first. I dismissed the curved swords and decided to play with my Magic.

Wind gathered on my fingertips as I called upon their control with my Magicka. The rune for their control projected in my mind. And so began the slaughter as the winds became my blades.

A blue hue on them as they spread with me at their center. A cyclone of the wind blades surrounding us as the undead were killed left and right.

When my spell finished all that was left in the plains for now was just a mace, myself, and a whimpering mess of a Necromancer. The mace attempted to whisper in my mind of the concepts of domination and great power... it was ignored.

Squatting at the side of the Necromancer I said, "you are going to die now, any final words or wishes?"

The hood of the necromancer had fallen and his face was seen. The decay as the necromantic energies had tainted the Magicka in his system and corrupted his very being.

The fierce look faded as my words settled in his mind. A quivering whisper left him as he said, "I have a child out in Bruma. Please take care of him."

Sadly I could see through him. The unrepentant fool was unable to realize I could see through his lies. Perks of a more modern society I was able to understand human behavior better than most of Nirn. A simple question that "would" invoke an emotional response while also lead to someone letting their guard down.

Which he proved in the next moment as he tosses a bundle of papers that I assumed were scrolls… only now they had a sword through them and they were halfway across the field in a moment.

They exploded into a lovely set of fireworks to end the fight with as I projected another sword and drove it through the man's skull. The nameless Necromancer... soon to be forgotten.

Sadly the mace would also disappear as soon as it's champion died. I also was unable to fully replicate the mace due to the influence it's prince.

In the end, I'm left standing in this open field with bones strewn about. Another day I guess.
