Chapter 2: First Glance

"Your Highness, this is what you ordered."

"Thank you Ele!"

"Why are you bringing a rose flower, Your Highness? Where will you take it?"

"I had a dream last night Ele. It says that I needed it for my mission."

His face became serious. "She reminds me of Khalie, my prince."

"Khalie, Khairra Amelie, I don't know but she reminds me of her. The way she talked, eat, her personality talks about Khalie. I don't know.... all I can think that this girl Eurylice is the same with Khalie. I can say they are one and the same. I hope I'm not or maybe I hope they are one."

I just cursed what I heard. I can't believe this. Could it be they are one?

"What will you do now, Your Highness?" Eleazar asked.

I looked at him before turning to Ivorie. "Observe her Ivorie. When I return from the mission tell me immediately what her true identity is. I have this feeling she's keeping a secret."

I shrugged my shoulders. "Who knows?"

Ele nodded while Ivorie flew to me and landed on my shoulder. My shoulder is actually his favorite spot.

Mom greeted me. She hugged me and I hugged her back.

"Dear King. Dear Queen. Dear Prince, we are leaving."

I just looked out the window of the carriage. Looking at different colors of plants, trees and so on. It's a beautiful day, it's nice to watch.

"Where are those from?"

"I think your highness, from the other town."

"Okay."

"Who's that girl?"

" A female companion among the animals that cross."

"We don't know her, Your Highness."

She's familiar. Where did I see her? Maybe they just look alike. She's pretty though.

"We can finally cross your highness."

I didn't answer. I looked at the girl I saw. She's like an angel. Where in the kingdom is she from? Why did I just see her now?

I need to focus on my mission. Not to that woman. What's happening to me? I just saw that girl, why do I feel restless?

“Are you alright, Your Highness?" Mr. Rolando said to me.

I looked at him and nodded. The old man smiled at me and rubbed my shoulder.

"Our kingdom will be more abundant, more beautiful and more prosperous Dear Prince because the heir to our kingdom is coming. Just now, I congratulate you Your Highness because I know you will succeed. This is what I used to say to the Dear King when we are going to the Mount of Olives."

The Garden of Akkamane is not only a garden of different flowers but also has a residence here where visitors can stay if they don't want to go home. The revenue here is earmarked for the kingdom's tourism. You will really be amazed at the beauty of flowers. It's like you're in a paradise.

"We'll be back here again when my mission is over."

I smiled at Mr. Rolando.

"Just eat food Felix, don't be shy."

Felix looked at me cautiously. I smiled at him.

I looked at Felix. He is tall, handsome too. He inherited from Mang Rolando because they have the same face.

He laughed. Felix smiled.

Mr. Rolando laughed even more. I started laughing.

These people, my parents, the Kingdom are my inspirations. They are the reason of my existence. And I thank God for the trust that He gave me. I'm not a perfect being. I made mistakes. The memory of the woman I saw earlier came back to me. Why do I think of her? What is it about that girl when I first saw her, my heart beat faster? When she smile I smile. I missed that woman. I just cursed. Why am I looking for her? What is happening to me?
