Do You Like It?
Avelina nodded in understanding.
"I see."
Draven rinsed her body, pulling her against him and having her lay her head on his shoulder. "What will you do about your father, Sunshine?"
Avelina blinked. "Why do you call me that?" she queried in curiosity, a smile evident on her face.
"Because your smile reminds me of the sunshine. I like it, so I thought it'd fit you. I love calling you that. Do you dislike it?" Draven tilted his head, a bit of apprehension flickering in his eyes.
Avelina gazed dazedly, her lips forming a wide subconscious smile. She remembered him calling her by that pet name throughout the night before. She wanted to ask why in the middle of it, but she was too lost to even be able to form a sentence.
How would she even dislike such a name? She loved it but only wanted to inquire out of curiosity.
Her eyes went to Draven's, and she shook her head. "No, of course not."
