A Dragon's Perspective

[UPDATES EVERYDAY AT 4PM GMT! "So here I am, the First Son of the High-and-Mighty Noble Dragon House, with a plan so brilliant it’s stupid: screw the heir’s mantle and kick back with a life full of leisure, money, and women. But here's the kicker—I had no damn clue that during my drunken blackout, I got zapped into a friggin' novel I once skimmed. Turns out, the character I’ve become was meant to die early on. Great. My lazy-ass plan just flipped the script. Now, instead of living easy, I’m a walking Calamity Magnet, scrambling to survive in this godforsaken world. Talk about ironic bullshit." "I'll carve out my own path, even if it means dealing with all the bullshit that comes with it." ________________________________ ●Magic Castle- 10 Extra chapters (RIP my Sleep Schedule) [THE DISCORD IS UP AND RUNNING COME SHOW SOME LOVE... The morning sun cast a warm golden hue across the sprawling estate of House Astarot.

Diaval, dressed in a crisp white shirt with a ribbon tie, black pants, and polished boots, made his way to the stables where Eldric awaited him beside a grand black carriage trimmed with gold.

'As much as I love the morning tea, I sadly can't right now.'

He had decided to skip breakfast, eager to embark on their journey to the bustling town of Claire City.

"Good morning, young master," Eldric greeted with a nod, his white hair and beard shimmering slightly in the morning light.

"Morning, Eldric," Diaval replied, climbing into the carriage.

"Let's get going."

As the carriage set off, Diaval's thoughts drifted to the vast expanse of the Beast Continent, divided into three major provinces, each ruled by a noble dragon house.

Claire, the province ruled by House Astarot, was known for its prosperity and abundance.

The other two provinces, Vermillion to the east and Aurelia to the west, were equally powerful but had distinct characteristics.

Vermillion was ruled by House Ignis, known for its harsh, volcanic landscapes and fierce warriors.

Aurelia, governed by House Luminis, boasted golden plains and was famed for its artisans and scholars.

'I'm certain they have the best looking women in the entire continent,'Diaval thought as his face showed a wide grin as he bit his lower lip.

"Wipe that smug of your face, young master,"Eldric said, not even turning his head.

Diaval chuckles as he looked out the window.

'There's no way I'm beating his allegations now....'

'He's certain I'm a pervert now,'Diaval thought as he continued recalling.

Claire Province itself was a thriving region with four major towns.

To the north lay Norchester, a town renowned for its skilled blacksmiths and weapon makers.

To the south was Southport, a coastal town bustling with traders and merchants.

To the west was Westmere, a serene town known for its beautiful lakes and skilled fishermen.

And in the center was Claire City, the heart of the province, where Diaval and Eldric were headed.

The journey to Claire City wasn't long, but it was scenic.

The road wound through lush forests and rolling hills, with the occasional glimpse of the majestic mountains in the distance.

Diaval observed the diverse inhabitants of the Beast Continent as they passed by.

'Never thought I'd ever get to experience this sight...'

'Orcs, Kobolds, Beastfolk, I could only see them in games and movies and yet here I am.'

Orcs with their powerful builds and rough features, various beastfolk going about their daily routines, and even a few elves with their elegant grace.

Humans, however, were a rare sight and always piqued Diaval's curiosity, given their rarity and often mysterious nature.

'Humans are probably rare in the Beast Continent as there's a Human Continent as well....they must be here for business.'

As they neared Claire City, the roads grew busier.

Market stalls lined the streets, vendors shouting out their wares.

The people took notice of the Astarot carriage, its distinctive black and gold design marking it unmistakably.

Whispers spread quickly among the crowd, expecting one of the noble ladies, but surprise flickered in their eyes as they saw Diaval.

His dark red horns and striking red hair made him easily recognizable, though many had not seen him in years.

"Isn't that the First Young Master?" a merchant whispered to his companion.

"It is! I heard he rarely leaves the mansion," replied another, eyes wide with curiosity.

Diaval ignored the stares and whispers, focusing instead on the city itself. Claire City was a vibrant place, its streets bustling with activity.

The architecture was grand, with tall buildings adorned with intricate carvings and statues, reflecting the city's wealth and heritage.

The carriage pulled up to a grand building made of white stone with towering columns and gilded accents—the bank of Claire City.

Diaval and Eldric stepped out, the latter giving a slight nod to the guards who promptly opened the large doors for them.

Inside, the bank was just as opulent. The floors were polished marble, and the walls were lined with tapestries and paintings.

Chandeliers hung from the high ceilings, casting a warm glow over the room.

Bank clerks and patrons alike paused to bow or curtsy as Diaval and Eldric passed, their presence commanding utmost respect.

"Welcome, Lord Diaval, Sir Eldric," a well-dressed man approached, bowing deeply. "How may we assist you today?"

"We are here to withdraw a substantial amount," Eldric stated calmly. "Ten thousand gold coins."

The clerk's eyes widened slightly, but he maintained his composure. "Of course, right this way."

They were led to a private room where the transaction would take place. As they waited, Diaval observed Eldric, who seemed perfectly at ease.

It was clear that Eldric was well-known and respected, not just within the mansion but throughout the city as well.

"Young master," Eldric began, turning to Diaval, "your father spoke highly of your plans.

I'm curious to see how you will use these funds."

Diaval smiled, albeit a bit nervously. "I'm confident it will be put to good use."

Moments later, a team of clerks entered, carrying several chests filled with gold coins. They set the chests on the table and began counting the coins meticulously.

"Ten thousand gold coins, as requested," the head clerk confirmed.

"Thank you," Eldric replied.

Diaval couldn't help but feel a sense of awe at the sheer amount of wealth now under his command.

He glanced at Eldric, who seemed deep in thought.

"Sir Eldric," Diaval said, breaking the silence, "you've been with House Astarot for many years, haven't you?"

Eldric nodded, a small smile playing on his lips.

"Indeed, young master. I have seen this house grow and flourish. It is my duty and my honor to serve your family."

Diaval appreciated the sentiment, feeling a sense of warmth and respect for the older man.

"Your guidance has been invaluable. I hope to make you proud with this endeavor."

Eldric's eyes softened. "I have no doubt you will, Diaval. Your determination and care for your mother are commendable."

I hope this chapter wasn't too boring...

But things are switching up now to dreadful events....

Diaval's Petty and monstrous nature will be shown....
