'Nothing much to see here,' he said, 'Let's go back to my office.' He glanced at his watch. 'Almost twelve. I'd ask you to lunch again but I'm otherwise engaged. I can spare you another fifteen minutes if you've got any more questions.'
'Just one,' she said. 'Tell me what's so different about your business that you don't need to go looking for clients. And who those clients are.'
'That's two.'
She sat opposite him in his office.
'Okay.' He settled into his chair. 'We specialise in micro-technology for hospital equipment. X-ray machines, cardiac, dialysis, monitors. We're known. People come to us. And when they do, their experts talk to our experts. They trial our stuff; it's a two way street.' He leaned forward. 'I repeat. We're known. There is no need for the ...' he threw his arms around about his head, '... razzle dazzle advertising and sales pitch.'
Noel was unimpressed. 'So who are clients? Hospitals? Countries?'
