My mind went blank after hearing what Zeke told me. Joshua was involved in an accident, and I wondered if only I had agreed to his offer of walking me home, or if I hadn't cared about what Elizabeth thought about me and invited him home, would it have saved him from the accident?

But I knew that none of my 'if only' would help, as it wouldn't change anything. As for now, I quickly got dressed to go the hospital and went to the living room to look for Leo, to ask him to drop me off to the hospital.

He was in the living room with Aurora, watching a rom-com, and seeing my panicked expression, he said,"Ace, what's wrong? Are you alright?"

I nodded a quick yes before saying,"Its not me, its Joshua. He got into an accident and is admitted in the hospital. Zeke just called to inform me. Please drive me there?"

"Did Zeke say which hospital he is admitted to?",Leo asked me as he went to the door to get the car keys, and I shook my head.
