DNA Confirmation

Jan was really mad to receive the report from Mr. Smith where Jean Mary was. She was so naive to believe Shane. Sometimes, so much kindness will lead to harm. She could have blatantly decline knowing that she doesn't know what kind of party she was invited to. And it wasn't right for her to do so. Jean is currently endanger and he needs to save her.

Meanwhile, Jean Mary was drunk because Shane gave her a strong alcohol and she doesn't know what's going on around her.

Shane called some random guy and gave him permission to take Jean Mary anywhere and do anything to her.

"Mr. Here is my friend, I can't carry and take her back to her residence. Can you do it for me?" She smiled viciously.

The guy already knew what that smiled mean and said, "Of course, you can trust me." The guy winked at Shane. Shane had no plans to know the guy. She doesn't care, all she has to do is take a picture of Jean Mary and that man going together to prove that their "idol" is a slut. She will post it in the school forum first thing in the morning.

But all her evil plans were doomed to fail.

"Who gave you the permission to give my fiancee to a stranger?" Jan's presence startled Shane. Jan was giving off a scary vibe. His eyes showed a killing intent.

"A... I... I'm sorry Jan. It wasn't my intention. I was stopping Jean from drinking but she insisted. I couldn't stop her." Shane lied.

"Don't try to tell me lies. I know her." Jan answered her. His anger couldn't be hidden from them.

Shane was trembling. She felt regretful that she tried to scheme against Jean. She never knew that Jan would be this scary.

Jan lifted Jean Mary and told Mr. Smith that, "You know what to do." And he left.

Mr. Smith was then left to take care of everything.

Jan was the one who drive the car, whereas, Mr. Smith was ordered to shut down the club.

When they arrived at the mansion, Jan carried Jean on his back until they reached her bedroom. He put Jean Mary down on her bed and decided to leave. But Jean Mary grabbed his hand and pulled him.

"Don't leave me." Jean Mary said.

Jan observed Jean. Jean seemed to be proactive. Luckily, he was able to save her on time if not, who knows what might happen to her. Jean Mary was becoming wild due to the alcohol's effect. Jan was trying to suppress himself because Jean's actions aroused him.

But Jean Mary was lost in her senses and became wilder. He's just a man, and what Jan's feeling is just a normal physiological reaction. He knew where's the end of this, so he tried to be rational. But at the end, he was defeated by his carnal desires. All he can say was "I love you Jean. I really do."

In the morning.

Jean woke up that morning and saw herself in an indecent state. Memories of last night's happening flooded her head.

"Why on earth did this happen? She shouted.

Jan's sleep was disturbed by Jean's voice. He woke up and realized that he is in Jean's bedroom.

The two of them felt shy to each other. Both of them are foreign in that kind of affair.

Jan decided to break the silence and said, "I'm sorry. It's all my fault. It wasn't my intention to take advantage of you."

Jean Mary felt shy, but she tried to hide her embarrassment and said, "It should not be an issue, it's common nowadays and besides, last night was supposed to be our wedding night." But in her heart, it wasn't okay, she preserved herself for so long, and she believed in the sanctity of marriage. Yet, she could not vent our her anger to Jan because it was her ignorance and carelessness that brought her to that situation.

Jan couldn't believe that Jean Mary is a liberated woman. He felt frustrated hearing her throwing those words at him. "For you it was nothing?"

But Jean Mary did not reply.

"From now on, you are not allowed to go on clubbing. You are not allowed to drink because your alcohol tolerance is very low. I also reprimand you for being naive. You are an intelligent person, you should be able to apply your intelligence in reading a person's thoughts and intentions." Jan scolded her.

"I'm sorry Jan. I couldn't refuse her because she was just concerned about me. She offered me her friendship so I won't feel sad in school for being alone. They knew that I only have two friends and now that Anne is missing, I felt so lonely. I never knew that it was all a part of her plans to ruin me." She explained.

Jan understood Jean's nature but he continued in scolding her. "Jean, too much kindness is harmful. It is not bad to refuse. It wasn't appropriate for you to attend a party given the current situation we are in right now." He reminded her.

"I didn't know that the party she's saying was actually clubbing, I thought it was just birthday or a charity party. I didn't ask her. Sorry. I was just too stupid to believe right away." Jean explained.

"Alright, I believe you." He said. He felt tired from doing all the talk. He couldn't count the words he said today.

Even though Jan scolded her, she could still hear the sound of concern from him. "Thank you." She said.

After their conversation, they realized that they were still naked. Then Jean hidden herself under the blanket and pretended to be asleep.

Jan on one side wore his clothes and said, "I will be in my room." and left right away.

When Jan left, her phone rang.

Krriinngggg...

She answered promptly her phone. "Good morning aunt." But she heard her crying like there's no tomorrow. She made a cross-finger sign hoping that Anne would alright.

"The police confirmed that the body's victim matches the DNA of Anne." Anne's mom said in between her cry.

@_@

"Whaaatt? That can't be." Jean Mary said, and tears started to fall.
