Chapter 2 - Cemetery Visit

After coming home from church, Jason took a bath and wore something casual but attractive the he entered his car and drove to the cemetery. he parked and went inside with two bouquet of flowers. He went to his father's grave and sat on the garden then he kept the pink and red flowers on the cement.

"Dad, the pink one is from me and the red is from mom. We miss you so much." Jason said sadly.

He had lost his dad when he was just two years old. He didn't have any memory of it and never taught of asking his so mom because he knew she will become more sad.

"um... I'm going to school tomorrow and I'm super nervous and excited. I know you'll look after mom and I." Jason started crying not realizing it when he saw a handkerchief in front of him. he took it and looked up to see the prettiest blue eyes and black long hair.

"Makela, what are you doing here?" Jason quickly wiped his tears as she sat next to him.

"How do you know my name?" She asked

"Remember, we met at the mall." Jason said

"Oh." she looked at the cement and the name carved on it. "Joseph Blue." Makela said

"Do you know him?" Jason asked "Y..No." she said. "What about you?" She asked.

"Yeah. he's my dad. I'm Jason Blue." Jason said and her eyes widen almost about to explode.

"What?!... uh... I mean... bye!" She stood up and ran out of the cemetery.

"Dad, we have to go now!" She yelled as she looked around to check if anyone was there when the coast was clear, she chanted a spell and they both teleported to Gangestia Kingdom which was a powerful place of magical beings.

Ganestia Kingdom was built in 1675 by protectors. Magic was passed down from generation to another where they arrived at the king Rogan and queen Julie of Ganestia Kingdom. If the king die, the Prince or princess will take over.

But another Kingdom called Rogardry was a Kingdom of Demons. Rogardry Kingdom had a King called Ryker. The kingdom has always been a threat to Gangestia Kingdom.

Makela is the only protector of Ganestia Kingdom but there was another one which has not yet been found. Gideon, her father was also a protector but retired when his wife died.

Makela and Gideon arrived at Ganestia Kingdom Protectors Headquarters where Evelyn who is the leader of the protectors was walking down the hallway. Evelyn saw Makela and Gideon coming to her.

"Is there any problem?" Evelyn asked when she noticed Makela looked anxious.

"Yes." Makela said as she started walking to the magical library and they followed her.

"What are you looking for?" Gideon asked

"Info on Joseph Blue and his family." Makela said going through all the books on the first shelf.

"Makela, just tell us what happened." Evelyn said and she sighed turning to them.

"I've found Joseph Blue's son. He's the protector we need right?" Makela asked and Evelyn smiled

"Genius! Makela, you're a genius. all you have to do now is to tell him about magic. His powers are with me. His mom stored all of them inside and orb when he was born then she made me promise to destroy it but I knew it will be useful so i kept it.

"We can finally defeat Ryker." Makela said and they pulled her into a tight hug.
