Vampire was at a loss of words after hearing what I said. I could feel his confused and awkward gaze directed at me before he heaved a sigh of relief. “I was just that? I was worried for nothing.”

That flared my anger even more. I glared at the person before me and turned my eyes away. I didn’t want to talk to him after what happened at that time. I was angry at the fact that the man standing before my eyes dared to climb on two boats.

I still remembered that day perfectly. I remembered the emotion of heartbreak after seeing Vampire sitting inside a luxurious car beside that rich lady. I squinted my eyes at the thought.
