Dying painfully and in despair, Elijah Frost wakes up in a new reality, where he finally got the chance he had been denied before. Using his unique gift, he plans to wander the galaxy, as he enjoys the freedom his power grants him. ................................ This Fan-Fiction is a Crossover between the X-Men, MCU and the Marvel Comics. Characters, events and timelines will be mixed to create the world the MC finds himself in after his abrupt transmigration. It is a slow paced story and therefore a bit different than my other works, which means it will also be longer. I know that a lot of things are overused when it comes to FF in the MCU, so I can only ask you to trust me that I will create a unique story that will not leave you wanting for anything. There will be romance. I have no real update schedule, but advanced chapters of this story are on my p@treon account. I will probably only upload it here occasionally, as this account isn't a priority of mine and just exists to stop others from stealing my intellectual property. Motivation. Encouragement. Hope.
After living my whole life on this Earth, I found them to be lies. Misdirection.
Joy. Fulfilment. Love. Freedom.
Everyone wants them, searching for them, needs them. And at the end we were made to believe that pursuing wealth is the only way to obtain these things. And in pursuit of that wealth we sacrifice our joy, fulfilment, love and freedom.
As I felt the blood slowly leaving my veins, I was overcome with clarity. Realisation.
I knew that I wouldn't survive this car accident, but at this point I didn't care anymore. I knew that I didn't waste my life, I never even had a chance to begin with.
Not because I lacked intelligence, determination or personal wealth.
It's because I lacked power. True power, that made the arsenal of a whole country, the whole world look like toys.
A kind of power that simply didn't exist in my world.
So it was no wonder that I lacked it.
That was my greatest regret. Not having been born with a chance to even acquire freedom.
A chance to have it all. A chance to create exactly that with my own two hands.
A chance to create myself.
And as I slowly closed my eyes, my eyelids too heavy to forcefully keep them open anymore, I just hoped with all of my heart, that I would get such a chance in my next life.
And my wish became reality.
