A FEW HOURS EARLIER

A beaten up male student lying with his back against the wall in the hallway of a school thinks to himself

|Why, .... why, .... why, .... why does it have to happen to me, I didn't choose to live like this. A life of loneliness. A life where I get bullied everyday. A life where my heart does not receive any love. A life of pain. A life of suffering. I've wanted to die for so long, I only kept on living because I had a dream, a dream whereby I live a happy life, but I couldn't live that life if I died.|

Then the boy silently said to himself

The boy then gets up and starts to walk away.

2 HOURS LATER

The boy walking through the busy city of Hamamatsu, lit by the setting sun. Heading towards the train tracks, the battered and bruised boy thinks to himself |It doesn't matter anymore, I am going to die no matter what, fuck my life, fuck my dreams, fuck everything, fuck the people who did this to me, the train should cross over those tracks in about 30 minutes, I will jump in front of the tracks when it's there and die|

The boy lets out a huge smile to the thought in his head.

About 25 minutes later

The sun has set and the boy is standing in front of the tracks, he hears the whistle of the train and sees the light of it illuminating through the darkness. He prepares to take the step onto the track but before he can he is pushed onto the tracks. The boys falls onto it, he then turns his body to see who it was. He then sees a man clad in black attire wearing a coat, shirt and long pants with a hat.

"Ai Sekaistu, today you die but if you accept me you will be reborn, you will have the chance to change the world as you please, heal whoever you want, access to a great amount of mana, play for as long you like and rule the game of eternity," says the man in black.

|How does he know my name? Either way I don't know what shit this man is talking about, change the world? heal whoever? Unlimited mana? What bull crap is that, no matter what I am going to die|

The boy replies to the old man shouting

"Ha! You can forget about me living old man, change the world? What kind of sick joke are you trying to play on me, what ever it is it's not going to work on me!"

"I guess it makes sense that you wouldn't believe me," says the old man "here catch."

The man in black throws a card towards Ai Sekaistu. He then catches it.

The card had an illustration of a knight on it, the name Sir Galahad was written above the drawing of the knight. A loud voice is then emitted from the card

Sekaitsu's vision starts to get all blurry and is filled with light.

|What's going I see a light in front of me getting brighter and brighter|

The blinding light in Sekaitsu's vision suddenly diminishes as Sekaitsu finds himself sitting in a throne in a round blue space surrounded by 11 other thrones and one huge throne. There seem to be other people sitting but it's too dark that Sekaitsu can't see their faces properly.

|huh, what is this place, how did I get here, wasn't I at the train tracks and who are those people sitting on the throne, are they other candidates? There seems to be nothing here but these thrones and this blue ring beneath the thrones. What is that big throne over there for and why is it empty|

Then a huge dark portal opened up at the big throne and a gigantic gruesome figure emerged from it, clawing its way out onto the throne.

|what the hell is that thing, I'm getting chills up my spine just by looking at it. Its unclear what it is exactly due to how dark it is but I don't want to find out|

Then a girl sitting 3 thrones away from me says, "Sorry but why am I playing this."

Then a short girl stands forth from her throne, declaring and shouting these words.

"Everyone, listen up my name is Ritsuka Ei. My knight is Sir lionel. Two weeks from now I want all you to come to challenge me. If you manage to kill me I will reward 200 million, if try to kill me before or after the time you won't receive any money. Don't think you can just come and steal it, the money won't be transferred until the specified time and after that time all the money will be spent and donated. Finding my location won't be an issue after all I'm famous. I hope you will accept my offer."
