Chapter:03(Goblin Hunt)

Me and Jacob then went back to the forest to slay some goblins. Since we were lvl 1 and inexperienced,it was harder for us to fight so we thought of a weird combination to fight.

I said,"I got a suggestion on how to fight the goblins." Intrigued,Jacob asked me,"How can we fight them?"I said with a playful smile,"You will hunt goblins since you habe a sword and if they counterattack you I will take the attack since I can negate any attack. Jacob,surprised gave a joyful smile and said,"That's a very good idea but wouldn't you get hurt",he spoke in a concerning tone. I said,"Dont worry. Trust me. My skill can negate attacks of a monster thats 20 levels higher than me." John then pouted and said,"Im a bit jealous of your ability." I said to him,looking at his bright sword,beaming with light,"You got sword of God and it will make it up for it."

We then reached the forest and went deeper. Soon, as we reached deep enough, we found a legion of goblins. Jacob was a bit scared and a beam of sweat rolled down his cheeks. I said reassuring him, "Don't worry about the goblins. Just fight, fight and fight." I also said, "Let's ambush them so walk quietly they could hear us." We then moved slowly and slowly. Suddenly I heard a crackling sound. I looked at my legs but there were nothing that could make this sound so I glanced at Jacob's legs and saw him stepping over a croacked dry leaf. He glanced at me and nervously said," Sorry." I then glanced at the goblins who in turn ran towards us. I gave Jacob a confident smirk and turned my head towards the goblins and spoke in a mocking tone.

"Yo my creation shit. What's good?" The goblins got angry and lunged forward in legions.

I then looked at Jacob and he said, "Let's show them who's the boss."

Jacob then unsheated his sword of God and swinged his sword towards the goblins. Although he was a bit hesitant to kill the goblins, slowly he adapted to the laws of nature that one has to kill another to survive. Since it was our first fight, Jacob was having a hard time handling the legions of goblins. I checked the quest.

[Main quest 1:Slay 100 goblins]

If I could count, this legion of goblins would be around the same amount of goblins needed to kill. We also knew that there may be be players in Northern parts and Southern parts where goblins are easy to handle due to the advantages of hills. One goblin tried to attack Jacob from behind but i got in the middle and took the blow. As expected, nothing had happened. Jacob looked back at the goblin and said, "Thanks for the help." I said, "No problem." The goblin got up and swinged his iron mace at me but Jacob quickly incapacitated his head with his swing. He said placing his sword in his shoulder, "Seems like your skill is quite troublesome and useful."

Soon we completed the quest. Suddenly I got hit by a hidden quest with Jacob.

[Hidden quest:Get to 1% hp by the goblin boss in 1 hit

I was a bit surprised at the sudden hidden quest after the main quest 2 I completed with Jacob by hunting monsters in a weird combo. It seems like a self hurt combo but glad to the skill I had gotten,I would be unscathed. But the main problem is that I have to disable my skill of negation and get to 1% hp on 1st hit from the goblin boss which is almost impossible, to a stroke of luck.

I glanced at Jacob who had also gotten the same quest with me. He seems to be as shocked as me that matched mine. He then gave me a sideway glance and said, his lips pursuing into a confident smirk and his hands in his black pants, "Wanna complete the hidden quest?" I said to him, "Let's go then." I then said, "But to complete our quest we need the 'Rock of luck' to increase our chances of completing the quest." Jacob said, "Sure then. Let's complete it. As I'm the only person who completed your novel, I know that to obtain this we need to kill 1000 goblins." I said to him, smacking my lips, "You're kinda right but it will be a bit hard." Jacob said, "yeah it will be but we could make it." I said to him, "btw what's your stamina stats." Jacob said, "It's 21 and to check my stats here it is."

I was surprised because most of my stats are hidden and my eyes almost popped out after seeing my mana stats because it's par on players or monsters of lvl 100. Jacob was shocked, a sweat poured down his forehead. He said, "Is this really real? How can you have 240 points in mana alone. Points are given based on class and strength and im a swordmaster and i got alll points combined around 150 and here you are with 240 points in mana alone. You really are a monster."

I said," Monster? That's a compliment to me in this world. " I said," Let's hurry up and kill 1000 goblins quickly. He said, "ok."

16 hours later, I was lying in the ground after slaying 1000 goblins with our usual weird combo. I wiped my saliva off the right cheek.

I went near the river of dames. This river can heal any exhaustion and any disease. That's why a bottle of water from it costs 1000 crystals. But finding this river is very hard until you're a reader who read 'The Story' up to chapter 100. In chapter 100,i mentioned about this reader but since my novel was trash, the demand for the water of this river may skyrocket in the entire world since the ad of my novel brought 7 billon people and as I knew, there are 7 servers depending on the continent and 3 worlds. To unlock hell, we need to defeat gaia, the goddess of earth but we need to reach reach at least level 500.

Soon we arrived at the headquarters of the goblins and I made up a plan with Jacob the previous night that I would be disguised as a slave who acted cocky and insulted the goblin boss and Jacob would be the loyal acting master and a dog to the goblin boss.

I then looked at Jacob and said, with a cold look, "Time to act the plan."

I picked up the mud that was under my shoes and smeared it in my face and clothes. I also tore my clothes to look like a beggar. I asked to jacob, with a perpexled look, "Is it good enough to be looked as a slave?" He said, "That's alright."

Soon, he took me and we walked to the entrance of the headquarter. The goblin guards and looked at us and blocked our way and aimed their spears at our throat. Jacob said, making a fake sinister smile, "Goblins don't worry I got a good healthy slave. And this slave dares to insult our goblin lord. So I brought him to the goblin lord. He will decide with the punishment." The goblins guards eyes showed a sinister sinister and almost cruelty looking at me. The guards then opened the gate. We then entered the gate. In front of us was a large door that leads us to the goblin boss. The door was about 10 feet or longer. Jacob opened the door. We saw the goblin boss sitting on the throne, with 2 female goblins by either of his side. I looked at him with a cold look, to mock him by showing him that im not scared of him. Obviously, the goblin boss got triggered and he asked Jacob Jacob, resting his cheek on his fist. He asked, "What brings you here, lowly human?" Jacob said, bowing and lowered his body into a right angle, "I greet the goblin lord, who rules the land" The goblin lord was pleased to hear Jacob's greeting. Jacob then said, "My lord,this worthless slave insulted you and even mocked you. Please give him the appropriate punishment." The goblin boss then got furious and grabbed mmy chin, forcing me to look at him. He asked, "Aren't you scared of me, you worthless scum?" I gave him a mocking chuckle and said, "why should I be scared of a lvl 8 boss." The goblin boss gritted his teeth in frustration and cursed at me, "You little-"

Skill:Speed that Shakes the heaven]

I was happy to get this Overpowered skill but I hadn't remembered that I put this skill in my novel. Jacob was happy to get his own skill as well.

The goblin boss's head fell down my right side of the floor. I looked at Jacob whose sword was dripping black blood. I said, looking at him and giving him a proud dad look, "You have done it."Jacob said," Let's go to city of challengers. I heard a new adventurer guild was formed. " I said,"Sure then."

2 days later

We reached the city of challengers. We then asked an npc about the direction. The npc who looked about the age as in his 60s said, "Walk 2km straight and take a right. There will be a very big skyscraper. That's the adventurer guild." We thanked the npc.

10 minutes later

We reached the adventurer guild. We then entered inside the large building. The building looks like it's area could be about 500 square metres. We approached about the lady in the counter. I asked," We want to be an adventurer." The lady is in the counter greeted us warmly and said, "Sure first put your hands on the ball and the ball will show spins based on the number of strings rotating your mana in your heart. And could you please state your names. " Me and Jacob then stated our name. I stated my name as 'Death' and Jacob stated his name as 'Soul'. Jacob went first and he put his hand. The lady said, "You got a 1sr spin sir. Normally adventurers get 2nd or 3rd spin. So you're a bit weak, I'm sorry if I made u sad but this is true." Jacob's face became grim and he turned his head to me and he looked so depressed that he wants to die because how much it hurted his pride. I then patted Jacob Jacob, giving him an assured look," Don't worry about it. Just train hard and after all mana are for mages and swordsman needs practice and needs to put points carefully. And since you're the only friend who motivated me writing the novel, and my only reader." Jacob then gave a warm smile and said," Thanks for the motivation." Now then I put my hand in the orb and the lady was very surprised because I became a 5th spin adventurer. The lady said," Congratulations you would be a great mage."

I said," Thanks. We may now taker our leave."

I then closed my eyes, remembering the moment I wrote this novel with dedication yet no one read it. Now everyone in the world is here, in my novel. I saw the bustling crowd and got a bit saddened because the next quest would be very challenging for them. In my novel I had created about 50 main quest and there were many hidden quest that even I hadn't remembered. I also created different types of classes, and to get them is randomised.

Me and Jacob then walked away. Suddenly we stopped in our tracks after hearing a name. A man in a black cloak went to the counter. As expected, the lady greeted the man and asked his name.

The words he utterred made our eyes glimmer with joy.

"Sir, could you please state your name? "
