We start of this Chapter like any other Chapter, With this annoying prick.

Harvey said while grabbing a Book in his bookshelf.

Harvey then placed the Book in his Table and grabbed his Glasses and put it on.

「𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲: "Let's finish this one quick."」

「𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲: "𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐟𝐥𝐲?"」

Harvey then grabbed his nearby classy Pen and ready himself to start writing the Chapter.

「𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲: "Pretty hard? Well of course i created this one."」

「𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲: "But don't worry it will make sense later on."」

We left Harvey's Office with him starting writing today's Chapter.

Felix heard a child voice right beside him making him jump a little bit in shock.

「𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐱: "Jesus!"」

Felix observed the little crotch goblin, Felix deduced that the kid infront of him is only a 7 Year Old.

The Kid has Black Hair and weirdly enough Blue Eye Color.

Felix then stared the little troublemaker right in the eye and scolded him.

『𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐱: "Little Bitch."』

That's what Felix wanted to say but instead said.

「𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐱: "Hey lil bud, What's wrong with you?! Wanna give me a heart attack or what?"」

Felix said in a teacher like tone, His voice higher than usual.

「???: "Sorry..."」

The little Kid then looked down at his Shoes and put both of his Arms behind his Back.

The little Kid looks like a lost puppy.

『𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐱: "Damn... I actually feel bad, A little bit, Only a little bit."』

Felix mood then changed to a much more softer tone.

「𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐱: "Wait a second, Better question, Where are your Parents?"」

The little crotch goblin then pointed to the store right behind Felix.

Felix then looked back and noticed 2 people arguing with the guard, Why? Gotdamn i don't and Felix doesn't aswell.

「𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐱: "Your Parents?"」

Felix asked the crotch goblin infront of him.

「???: "Hmm hmm."」

『𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐱: "So why the Fuck are you here?"』

Felix wanted to say that, But what comes out is child friendly.

「𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐱: "So why are you here?"」

The crotch goblin then pointed to Felix's Stik-O in a rather cartoonic way.

Felix then grabbed his unopened Stik-O and then shaked it infront of the crotch goblin.

「𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐱: "You want this?"」

The crotch goblin then shaked his little head up and down.

『𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐱: "Will you leave me the Fuck alone if i gave you this?"』

Again Felix seems to have a filter that change his, Well special way of talking to child friendly.

「𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐱: "Will you promise to leave me alone if i gave you this?"」

The crotch goblin then nodded.

「𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐱: "Here take it, Leave me the H alone."」

Felix was about to say Hell but his instinct kicked in and instead change it to atleast sound child friendly.

Felix then shoved the Stik-O in the crotch goblins hands.

The crotch goblin took it and leave, Skipping his steps here and their.

『𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐱: "Guess Kids in Gotham wasn't taught about taking things from strangers."』

Felix sighted and decided to claim his reward from the System.

『Detail: "You were shopping like an normal citizen, But was rudely interrupted by an Drophead. Why don't you teach it a lesson."』

Felix is seen sitting in a random Bench in Gotham, While Drinking his Mogu Mogu that he borrowed, Not stolen actually Birthday present sounds much better.

『𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐱: "I appreciate your sense of Humor, But please. What the Fuck is an SGC anyways?"』

Felix said to himself while his Right Hand is busy clicking the 『YES』 Button.

While Felix's takes a big gulp out of his almost empty Drink.

Felix then looked at his Hands and noticed that something is forming, Like how Felix teleported to the DC Universe, This thing is appearing like that.

Felix then received a high quality Aristocratic Ballpoint Pen with an color scheme of Black and Blue combined in a very nice way.

『𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐱: "This... This is a PEN?!"』

Felix said while swirling it around and appreciating the craftsmanship while also confused.

『𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐱: "Feels like something a Kingsman would have, Wait a second... Is this a Lazer?"』

Felix said to himself while examining the Pen more carefully.

Felix then flipped the "Pen" to the side and noticed something writen in it.

The following is writen in a fancy White Letters and it says.

『"Φύλακας των Θεών."』

Felix of course doesn't know what this means, But Felix do speak multiple language more than 2 infact.

But let's not talk about Felix language expertise, Let's go back to the story.

While Felix is busy reading the Words engrave at the side of his "Pen".

Suddenly another System Panel appeared infront of Felix this one detailing the "Pen" Felix is talking about.

The Description left Felix speechless, He could not belive that whoever wrote this just pulled a ShamWow on him.

『𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐱: "..."』

『𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐱: "Did a Variant of me wrote this? Is he from Wallstreet? ShamWow seller perhaps?"』

Felix then pocketed the "Pen" and decided to further investigate it later in a much more safer and controlled environment.

If you didn't noticed his in Gotham right now, The City with the highest crime rate in DC Universe's America, Probably the World aswell.

Scratch that, Gotham literally became a No Man's Land multiple times, I also suggest that you read the 1999 version one of my favorites.

Oh wait Hub City is a thing, Nevermind.

「???: "STOP HER!"」

Felix was about to stand up, But before he could do that, He heard someone yelling and multiple footsteps in his side.

「???: "Move!"」

Felix then heard a Girls Voice amongs the crowd shoving others to the side.

Felix then looked to his side and saw the people that was chasing him earlier.

Yes. They're the guys who has a Pig Mask, I guess they're chasing someone different this time.

「𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐱: "Ah Fuck..."」

Felix whispered to himself, He then started to panick so he decided to grab the nearest Newspaper and pretend to be reading it.

Because Felix is not in the right state of mind, He forgot to properly pretend to read the Newspaper.

If you haven't catched my drift what i'm saying is that Felix's Newspaper is upside down.

Felix then closed his Eyes and prayed to God to help him at the very least.

The Girl who is running away from the Men in the Pig Mask ran passed Felix.

But before she could ran pass Felix, She noticed Felix upside down Newspaper first but decided to keep running.

『???: "Weirdo."』

The Girl though not before stealing Felix's Drink, Which is right beside him.

「???: "YOU IDIOTS! GO GET HER!"」

After a couple more of Seconds the Men in the Pig Mask finally ran passed Felix.

So Felix finally stopped pretending to read the Newspaper.

Felix then folded the Newspaper neatly and then trew the Newspaper to the side without a care about the Newspaper's feelings.

『𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐱: "That... Was cartoonic, Very very cartoonic."』

I mean come on Felix what would happend if that Newspaper get wet... By the Mogu Mogu's you know... Water, Because well the ice dried...

Felix then looked to his side about to drink his Mogu Mogu, But Felix then realised something.

His Mogu Mogu was missing...

『𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐱: "Oh... Shame."』

Felix said monotony in his Head, Felix was about to forget about his Mogu Mogu...

Well because Felix almost drank all of it so he doesn't care if it got stolen.

Anyways Felix was about to read the Newspaper because of boredom, But before he could do that, The System ring in his Head.

Felix clearly showed annoyance, Not because of the System interrupting him.

No no, Its about that annoying ringing that hurts Felix Head for some reason.

『𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐱: "Fuck."』

Felix then looked irritably at the System Panel infront of him.

『Emergency Quest!』

『Stop The Murder! (2)』

『Detail: "A Murder is about to happend, The choice is up to yours if you want to leave that poor young girl to die."』

『Reward: "Magic ☆, 170 SGC."』

『Punishment: "Poor Princess has to die because you didn't want to help her."』

『Progress: "Incomplete"』

「𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐱: "I'm gonna be a Wizard?"」

「𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐱: "HOLY SHIT!"」

Felix then hurriedly stood up and ran to chase the masked Men and the Girl they're chasing.

「𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐱: "WAIT HOLD UP! WAIT FOR ME!"」

A shame really, If Felix paid a little bit more attention he could have noticed what the Newspaper was saying.

I actually love how Felix didn't bat an Eye about someone about to be murdered, What he really cared about is being a Wizard.
