Meeting (2)

Arriving at a gigantic castle, Laila and Mina arrived at the front gate, they then were greeted by some butlers and maids

"Welcome Miss Callesttio and Miss Mina. We have been informed of your arrival, the Prince is already waiting. Please let me guide you to the meeting room" (Butler)

"Yes, please guide us to the meeting room" (Laila)

"Certainly" (Butler)

The Butler bowed respectfully before guiding them to the meeting room. Arriving in front of the room, the butler politely spoke

"We have arrived, just beyond this door is the meeting room. Please inform us servants if you have any discomfort" (Butler)

"Yes, thanks" (Laila)

"Certainly, now the please excuse me" (Butler)

After saying that the butler respectfully bowed before leaving.

"Miss, let's go in. We can't keep the Prince waiting" (Mina)

"Yes" (Laila)

Breathing out slightly, they entered the room and they saw the Prince, The King and The Duke arriving early in the room

"Look, your daughter just arrived" (Kyle)

"" We greet Your Majesty"" (Laila & Mina)

"Yes... yes... don't be too stiff and come here" (Kyle)

"Please excuse me" (Laila)

Walking slowly and sitting beside her father, she saw a pair of eyes looking at her intently

(Wow, you look very cute like a doll) (Ray)

Said Ray while snickering slightly

(Shut up! Don't look at me) (Laila)

Reply her while looking away and blushing subtly

Looking at this Keynes and Kyle smiled a bit, before turning their head to Ray

"Before we do anything else, why don't you guys introduce yourself to each other" (Kyle)

hearing this Ray stood up and said

"Please to meet you, my name is Rayford Aquniox First Prince of the Aquila Kingdom" (Ray)

"Nice to meet you, my name is Laila Callestio First Daughter of the Callestio Duke household" (Laila)

Finishing their greeting, Kyle said

"First Prince, why don't you guide Miss Laila around the castle with Anna. They will start living here after all" (Kyle)

Dropping such bombshell out of nowhere, Ray face became pale and Keynes show displeasure

"Oi!! Kyle, why did you say that? Why does my daughter have to live here?" (Keynes)

"You know the answer, so don't complain" (Kyle)

"Ughh.." (Keynes)

Groaning for a while, Keynes reluctantly give up

"Now what are you waiting for, go guide them" (Kyle)

"Yes father" (Ray)

Looking towards Anna, he then guides Laila out of the room followed by Anna and Mina.

Walking in the hallway the group went around the castle for a while before going to the garden, they then sat on one of the pavilions near the pond.

"You bring them some snack" (Anna)

"Right away" (Butler)

As the butlers and maid prepare some snack Ray started to talk

"What do you think of the lake view Miss Laila?" (Ray)

"It is very beautiful..." (Laila)

She replied with an elegant smile while looking at the swans swimming on the lake, seeing that Ray was stunned for a while, looking at Ray's reaction both of the maids gave off a light laugh.

Waking him up from his delusion, Laila talk to him with telepathy

(Ray, can I tell Mina about [Synchronize])?"

(Eh? Ah.. Yes, you could she already know your awakening anyway that means she is trusted) (Ray)

(What about Anna?) (Laila)

(It's okay you saw her already right? She knows about me as well so it should be okay) (Ray)

As they reach an agreement, Laila started to talk

"Mina, remember the thing you asked before we came here?" (Laila)

"Hmm? Ah that, yes I remember. So are you going to tell me now?" (Mina)

"Yes, I just got permission" (Laila)

"Okay?" (Mina)

"So..." (Laila)

As she started to explain about Synchronize to Mina, Ray also complemented her story while explaining their situation to Anna as well

Hearing this both of the maid were very surprised by this revelation as they recall their master's weird action when they were alone

"So that's the reason you laughed suddenly, I thought you went crazy from my training" (Anna)

"Hahaha....." (Ray)

letting out a dry laugh, Ray then spoke

"Telling our parents are okay but try to limit this information as much as possible" (Ray)

"Ray is right, Mina don't do anything weird okay?" (Laila)

"Okay miss, but according to your explanation does the Prince already know my appearance?" (Mina)

"Yes he know, when he borrow my vision my eyes will turn purple and if I borrow his vision, Ray's eyes will turn blue" (Laila)

"Eh? Does that mean the Prince saw 'that' before" (Mina)

Remembering this Laila's face turned red, while Ray's looked away and started to sweat

"Prince? What did you do?" (Anna)

"Eh? No-Nothing... That was not on purpose I didn't know that would happen" (Ray)

"Wow... to think the Prince is a peeping tom" (Mina)

Hearing this Anna stared at the panicked Prince and said

"Prince?? Do you need more training? I believe that you lacked discipline I think I should increase your training" (Anna)

"No!! that was not on purpose, beside she also saw me as well and with the intention to do so, isn't that worse?" (Ray)

Mina then held her mouth then looked towards Laila that's blushing like tomato

"Miss!!?" (Mina)

While both of the maids are questioning their master, their snack has arrived. Seeing this Ray let out a cough and change the topic

"Ehem... Ehem... Let us not discuss this, the food have just arrived" (Ray)

"Y-Yeah! T-The food just arrived" (Laila)

"Fufufu, It seems Miss and The Prince is already close" (Mina)

'I already know him for 17 years, 10 years from the game and 7 years here it is natural to know each other well' (Laila)

After Anna and Mina check the food for poison, the two start to eat. Picking up some cookies, Laila started to munch them quickly

"Hey, slow down i'm not gonna steal your cookie okay" (Ray)

"Munch... Munch... I thoo gud... Munch... Munch..." (Laila)

"You never change" (Ray)

While this is a common sight for Ray, Anna while looking at Laila, is trying her best to hold her laughter

'Cute! She looks like a squirrel' (Anna)

"Miss don't talk with your mouth full" (Mina)

"Sorry" (Laila)

After being reprimanded, Laila start to eat slowly while having some small talk

After they finished eating, Laila look towards Ray and said

"Ray, do you want to spar?" (Laila)

"Now?" (Ray)

"Yes, I want to see your current skill" (Laila)

"Miss? Don't you think sparring now is....." (Mina)

"He is stronger than me, you probably think his mana is low, this just showed how capable he is" (Laila)

Hearing this Mina, looked towards the Ray then Anna

"It's okay, don't worry to much Miss Scarlet, I will look over them and of course the Prince will holdback accordingly" (Anna)

"Ho Ho Ho.. It's been a while since I was called that, but to think Miss Anna the continent youngest Aura Master will look over them, How reassuring" (Mina)

The 2 maids then stare at each other, while emitting an invisible pressure. Seeing them like this Laila and Ray looked at each other then laugh wryly

Stopping the two maid, the group head toward the training hall to start their spar
