ELLIS' POV

It has been two hours since the night ball has started and everyone is having the time of their lives, even the teachers. I am watching Xen Li and her girlfriend dancing slowly on the dance floor, while Dexter is smiling from ear to ear because Coleen is also dancing with him. Maybe that girl really likes him but I am still hoping that she won't hurt him.

"Ellis, stop watching and dance with me instead." I sigh and I almost forgot that Pierre is sitting beside me at the table that we were assigned at. 

"I don't want to dance. You can just ask anyone. Besides, they've been asking you to dance with them, just say yes." I said and he chuckles.

"Are you jealous?"

I looked at him, "No I am not."

He moves closer to me and I could feel his warm hands on my shoulder, "Ellis, just this once and then I will stop asking you." He whispers and I got up from my seat because I could feel my ear getting red.
