He walked away while winking at the angry merchant

Ryuma was satisfied with the box of fruits he recently bought, but there was a problem he had to deal with…
Despite it being nighttime, The area he is in is extremely crowded at the moment. causing him temporary trouble as he needs to store this box somewhere in his inventory
As said many times, he isn't the traveller. He can't just make his purchases disappear in front of everyone, thats just demanding for attention
summarizing all the paragraphs above, he needs to find a place to store his batch of fruits. Preferably and quiet and uncrowded place
And just as said, he went looking for one.
After a few minutes, he was finally able to find one. It was an alleyway, surely it isn't too noticeable for him to stay temporarily at, right?
And right before he entered, he noticed 2 people in that same alleyway. They were dressed as adventurers from the adventurer's guild.
Thinking about it, he never seen an adventurer during his time on teyvat. So this may be great if he decided to hear them out
he quietly hid and quietly listened to their conversation. Wanting to know the topic they're talking about

"-commission is too hard for us to handle, we don't have visions and we aren't strong enough fight a beast like that…" an adventurer said worriedly to her friend, it seemed that they were talking about something interesting…

The adventurers kept on talking and provided him with some information he took note of.
The commission was about a lawachurl thats been getting closer to liyue harbor. And the guild needed someone to exterminate it as the lawachurl could attack any merchants leaving or entering liyue harbor
This was great(?) news for ryuma as he needed to test his new weapons and his overall new skills, the only thing he fought as of now are hillichurls
And a mitachurl
But he wasn't too sure in his chances as lawachurls were a different breed. and he will definitely encounter the geo lawachurl, which was probably the easiest. Yet it still had extreme amounts of difficulty as they had shields for him to deal with
If he remembered correctly, he'd has to keep slashing for a long time before finally destroying the shield…
That doesn't mean he will back out, he might gain some profitable stuff from the system if he did manage to exterminate it.
But it was enough for ryuma, he was satisfied.
He'll put this information into good use
…He still has to hide his box of fruits, and he didn't care about anything else they had to say and left from the area
He ignored the alleyway the adventurers are in and searched for another one

"Cmon… enter you damned…!" The voice of an annoyed person was heard in an alleyway, that people passed by were curious of the voice, yet they didn't want to see what's happening.
In that particular alleyway, It was revealed to be Ryuma struggling to put the big box inside his inventory, he went on like this for a couple of minutes now
Why was it harder than before? The inventory easily stored food he had to preserve, why is it struggling with a box!?
After a strong push, it finally went inside his inventory.
"*exhale* Phew, that took way more energy than i expected…" Ryuma muttered to himself as he was relieved, he hadn't been expecting it to be so hard to push it in.
"Alright, if my suspicions are correct… there should be a place that sells fish…" Ryuma concluded as he recalled the Tartaglia story quest, where teucer approaches a fish stand and compares it to the fish of snezhnaya. Angering/agitating the fishmonger
Despite there being a lot of different species of fish different to earth, he didn't doubt that they tasted the same
After all, many of the dishes he made during his journey to liyue tasted the same as before, only a small difference from the ones he cooked back on earth
So would the fish taste different? Thats up to him to find out
He proceeded to go on to the next place, hoping it would go better than the last one

The place had only 3 stands this time. But sure enough, 2 of then sold fish. While one sold some beef
Although he can easily get meat for free, but he'd have to hunt some boars for that. He'd rather get it the easy way. Besides, it may taste different as they might sell other types of meat
He walked up to the fish stand first, immediately calling out to the seller
"Yo! Nice fish you got there!" Ryuma told the fish seller
With his voice, the seller heard him and responded "you've got keen eyes, the fish i sell are fre- no… super fresh! And at a reasonable price!" The merchant corrected himself
Ryuma got interested by the term 'super fresh' "super fresh? What do you mean by that?" Ryuma asked with a hint of confusion
The seller smiled and continued further "it may not sound different, but i can assure you that it does. It terms of size, or quality, they're worlds apart!" He assured ryuma, as the latter observed the type of fish he sold.
As the fishmonger said, They were great in portion, quality and freshness. It looks like it was caught only a few hours ago
After thinking about it, Ryuma finally decided on the portion he wants to buy
He pointed at a fish that was slightly bigger than the others "i'd like to buy this one, please"
The fishmonger looked at that specific fish, and slapped its belly "this fella right here? Good choice, we recently caught it a few hours ago and this one was a big one!"
After a bit of talking, they both agreed on the price and ryuma bought it for 13,210 mora.
But the conversation didn't end there, ryuma discovered that he also sold crabs and shrimp. And bought them in a large amount, 17,240 mora.
He might've liked cooking and tasting fish, but craps and shrimp were his overall favorite sea food.
Ryuma could drool about frying and eating both… but he is in the middle of a conversation, he cant afford to embarrass himself right now
After the talk, uncle sun whispered to ryuma "your a good guy, so i have to tell you something regarding the opposite stand…" he suddenly spoke to him, eyeing the other fishmonger intently
Ryuma was curious about the former suddenly telling him about the other fish stand, so he leaned it and listened to his next words
Seeing the latter lean in, uncle sun started talking "he's selling fish for a higher price than mine, and his isn't as great. So if your contemplating about buying from him or not, i suggest you don't even think about it" he whisper to ryuma, making sure he isn't talking loud enough for the other stand to hear him
And this dawned on ryuma, he knew why he was warning him
They were probably rivals, so they would obviously tell their customers not to buy from the other so they have a loyal customer to buy their products
"I see, then what about that beef stand?" Ryuma tried to change the subject, he's not big fan of this conversation right now
Uncle sun stopped eyeing the other fish stand "ah, they are fine. Im on good terms with them" he told ryuma
Ryuma exhaled with relief "ah… ill go buy some stuff off of them, thanks for the fish!" He thanked the fishmonger, beginning to grab all the things he bought and walking to the meat stand
Uncle sun just waved, sending his goodbye to him
…
An hour has passed, and ryuma fulfilled his needs
After talking with uncle sun, he went on to the meat stand and stroke a conversation with the owner
And much to his pleasure, they had beef for him to buy. And other types of meat…
"And a thing to mention, we also have some hilichurl me-" the seller was about to continue his sentence
But as soon as he mentioned that, ryuma cut him off "no, no thanks. I don't want any of that.•
Ryuma was flabbergasted, he never thought anyone would harvest them…
He wont, and never will eat meat from hilichurls.
But aside that, he managed to buy a lot, A LOT of beef. And i tiny bit of pork as well
In total, it costed him around 24,678 mora. He still didn't care that much as he had a million left, doing quests rewarded him greatly…
He stored everything he bought onto his inventory, albeit easier than last time. Maybe storing the fruits helped him expand it?
Now… the final preparations are done.
He was ready to leave liyue harbor, and begin his journey onto mondstadt, the city of freedom.

Sorry for not uploading in over a month, i was enjoying life after i finished the final exams… and also I didn't feel like writing
