people wont know what fandom it is from a random universe number you concoct. apparently this is a harry potter verse fanfic, so I recommend using the Summary to point that out, and what makes this fic different amongst other such fics. That way you get more readers. if you name the chapters as well to know where abouts we are in relation to canon that helps too, a lot of people, myself included dont bother with anything prior to the hogwarts sorting, or anything of pre teen ages in most fics. it helps retain readers by ensuring chapter names help indicate where abouts one is in the timeline.
