Good idea, horrible execution. You give your charachter an Op power then NERF him. You give your charachter 1 fucking week to adapt to his new world. Then after 6 days he magically gets stronger by traing. FOR 6 DAYS. What happens to the previous owner. Did he not train a single ****ig day to use his quirk. Bull****. Writing - 4 stars. Update - 3 stars. Story Dev - 1 star. Charachter - 1 star. World - 2 stars. 2 and a half stars max.

The only logical explanation I can think of is that the previous owner did train but MC doesn't remember because he didn't get the guy's memories. The reason he got stronger really fast might be because he already had a good physique but just didn't have any techniques, if that makes sense. Of course, this is just my theory, it could be that the author just forgot XD.

He trained in the warfram which makes him stronger than regular training

Was the power like one for all? Is that part mentioned somewhere or did I miss it? I dont understand your rant about previous owner. Maybe it warframe lore that I dont understand. (havent played in a long time). I understood the reasoning behind the week of training mainly as getting the hang of the quirk ( moving in the warframe, jumping, wallclimbing, sliding) and simulating the warframe leveling system where some functionalities are locked in the beginning and you need to lvl up a bit to acquire them. That's why he had to fight thugs to get experience and that's why he needs to train more. This fits with MHA quirk mechanic where the more you use the quirk the stronger it gets and it can be further developed. Yes his quirk is broken but only if he develops it is similar to deku's.
