oh...i think it was something like the kamui dimension that was overlapping reality and obito could go in and out of the dimension with his mangakyo as for teleport to different place,i think he had to move in the dimension the same amount of distance and then reopen using his eyes. it was never shown to be instantaneous teleportation .

His predecessor had been an ordinary Jonin. After Kazuya picked up attributes for two years, his strength had exploded. Just by looking at his Chakra, he was about to break through the Jonin limit, approaching Elite Jonin! With the various ninjutsu talents he had picked up, he could use Chakra of all five elements: fire, lightning, wind, water, and earth. In terms of raw capability, he was stronger than Kakashi from the original plot. A Jonin wasn't just a common soldier; even in the Great Ninja Villages, they held significant power. Kazuya was undoubtedly among the best of the Jonin, his strength approaching Kage-level.
