Sorta as there will be elements of that for example 'Candle' saved us and got us to Vale but now 'Candle' who is Roman has been replaced by someone from our world like in Playing our Roles, however I wont go too much into it as it would spoil the story.

Thanks for the ideas and like you stated in the last chapter he was in the library and although his wounds have been treated they still cause him pain so that's why hes limping as for Vale being the best of the best in the first few volumes we see that these empty warehouses so I decided to build that idea further as Vale would definitely be a very big place so there would obviously be poorer parts of vale, as for time or dates I will work on it.
