For long distance he need the mark…short distance he can also use the mark but he can just teleport, think of the marker as a signal he could lock on to and teleport, without the marks it’s a lot harder but still possible, so short distance teleportation is fine, did I explain that well enough

It’s not a fire ball,like I though it was showcase on how little damage it did to Gojo…he is using his power to teleport heat near him and is using that heat to attack his opponent…however all of it just a trick for him to do something else as the heat..(fireball) cannot travel more than 40 feet before totally collapsing…the way I would explain is that when he gathered the heat,his curse technique keep it compress..but when it’s release,it’s kind go everywhere if you get what I mean and by 40 feet there barely anything left,apart from a slightly warm breeze. If this doesn’t explain it well enough then the next best way is for the chapter that actually explain in detail how everything work along with all the binding vows….

Who said anything about those techniques being real………also the Kirin is a[spoiler]….Gojo is not being nerf,this is like 2 year after the awakening with Toji,sure he is strong but not as strong as he became in canon. As for Keitaro and the techniques he showed, I think that due to me not showing much but long story short,the fire technique isn’t him throwing a litteraly fire ball at them,he is gathering heat around him using his technique and then twisting its shape to look like a fire ball,and unlike an actual fireball this one will burn out twice as fast due to Keitaro lack of control,….also there is serious binding vow on the elemental things,I don’t know if you notice but Keitaro doesn’t spam them,,..that because he can’t use them much,it very draining and doesn’t do much damage it’s just an illusion….
