Yeah, no problems there lol -- hope you're enjoying it !
That's your opinion. We're talking about the principles of somebody else, and what they believe. Everybody has their own perspective. In the minds of some, the act of taking a life can fundamentally shift how you view others, how you interact, and how you value life in general. It's an act that will warp your perception of yourself to such a degree that, to the highest degree, is worse than living. **SPOILERS for ch32** It's not exactly as if Damian laid down his life because of his reluctance to kill (not that he wouldn't do so anyway). It was Finn that made the choice, not dictated by his own desire to live, but based on who he believed would be able to handle the burden of living better. Damian is emotional and hot-headed, idiotic to a degree like you say; Finn is more capable of numbing himself and just bottling things up, so he decides that he would be better off continuing on, not Damian.
R.I.P Damian
Principles = idiot, got it lol. I mean, I get it -- Damian is written to be that; he doesn't have the strength nor wit for his principles to be sustainable. But, I think that's what makes him more human. I'm not calling you out specifically, but there is too much of an expectation of edge/angst/downright selfishness of characters in stories set in an apocalypse. Sure, Finn usually operates in a more practical way, but even he realizes that there isn't much of a reason to survive if "humanity" is going to die along the way. Since if everything else is already crumbling away, the only thing they can keep from before the impact is their humanity.
Some skills are more meant to be used to perform automated actions, i.e targeting a tendon.
Some, but not everybody
After finishing this fight, what're your thoughts on it?
Glad to hear you enjoyed it!
What’re your thoughts on the Raven fight, now that it’s concluded?
