Really good for what I've read up to. That initial time skip kind of gave me a disconnect but the groove came back after a bit. The development so far has been decent but there could be some improvements. Character design is also a bit basic, but that's better than being terrible! All in all, very good. I recommend!

Writing is average. It plays out like your average manga. Typical sappy flashbacks for power-ups. If you're into that, I guess this is your kind of webnovel. It's meh. Passes the time.

Terrible quality. The book is all over the place. Just overall, dog wash. Don't waste your time.

For the love of all that is holy, use dollars not bucks. Bucks are male deer, and while they may be slang for money, it doesn't sound good in writing. Plus, it's mostly used informally, a transaction of this magnitude should be formal. They don't know each other personally, after all.
