Can’t blood used to track a person? Maybe not now with everyone being so low rank but evidently this could be a way to find players.
As I was adjusting my prices online my boat shook I looked over to see four large tentacles with blue rings all over them wrap around my ship. Looks like its a beast that's territorial well I was bound to run into one eventually. Activating qi shape I created a giant hand and with the help of aura scent gu I could tell where its big head was at. So I sent my giant hand to where its heart is at and using grip gu I squeezed it heart killing it. Its tentacles went lifeless and I raised its giant body out of the sea, blood was seeping out of its mouth. From my aperture I let out drain blood gu to drink its blood as it was drinking it aura went from a rank 3 gu to that of a rank 4. Its about time it did knowing this gu I'll reach rank 6 before it becomes rank 5. I could buy blood off players shop since selling blood has now become popular, but I'd go broke before I could get enough to get it to rank 5. No I'll have to wait till I reach immortal rank by then I can just find a couple large beasts and drain their blood to get the job done.

Like the inheritance for second aperture gu
The test was to refine this rank 1 Gu all the way to an immortal level Gu. The inheritance lasted over a year, thanks to my dedication I was eventually able to refine the Gu to rank 5. I knew though that I'd be unable to even try to refine it to rank 6.

Fang Yuan did to those in the southern continent before selling the limited second aperture gus. But I think that’s a high level method that should be easily replicatable by one gu

An interactive trial seems way to much for a rank 2 gu master. Even the rank 4 one Fang Yuan went through in the OG wasn’t this advanced.

I'll have to wait a bit longer till I can accept the reward for being the first person to advance a small stage. My growth is way to fast to be explained with the excuse of having the support of an elder, but I don't have to worry about a classmate of mine beating me to it. Since everyone is a c grade talent not to mention everyone else is busy practicing with the string Gu. The first person to advance by a small stage took almost three months, ill just have to report my advancement just a bit after one month.

Teacher[ that is because our founder had wanted us to use this gu and to find New Paths with it to suit us as time goes on, and you'll have to do the same as well. Just look at our clan leader he has advanced his string gu into rank five iron chains gu and he uses fire type gu worms to heat up the chains to do more damage. He even uses ice type gu and lightning type gu to assist him in combat. He is truly proof that so long as you find a path that suits you you can succeed, and so long as you have the string gu has your vital gu you'll be able to fuse it into another gu without worrying about it getting destroyed.]

Because wisdom is about smarts not purely speed of thought. It certainly helps but more time isn’t always going to give better or correct thoughts/ideas. Wisdom path would need an A.I assistant or simplified almost 8 ball type mechanic for it to work like in the novel. Speed up thought process isn’t going to help a stupid person make deductions.
Many people who had their heart set on these paths were instantly betrayed by reality, and thanks to him we found out some other interesting things. Once he was given the option of any rank 1 gu recipe he picked a gu called boost luck. He knew how powerful and useful luck path could be, and thanks to his greed we found out that certain gu can not be refined at all. Such as mystical gu like spring autumn cicada, wisdom gu, and important gu that in story venerables used like dog shit luck gu.

This is the only true improvement compared to the liquor worm
As for steep tea gu's food it's steeped tea about a pot worths every 3 days, but I also depends on the quality of the tea. If it's a higher quality it eats less. Even the food for my steep tea gu was easier to acquire and then the liquor worms food. Since you can make tea out of just about any foliage found. Opening up all the other bottles i found two other steep tea gu 3/7 not bad.

I don’t remember the liquor worm requiring essence to activate.
This gu's name is steep tea gu and it's ability is similar to the liquor worm as it also raises primeval essence up by one small stage, but the liquor worm had to be activated with primeval essence so it could only raise some of the Primeval essence to the next stage. If you wanted to raise all of your primeval essence up of stage you'd either had to wait till your primeval essence restored naturally or use a primeval Essence Stone so that you could use the liquor worm again, but my steep tea gu is superior.
