Making a deal with the kingdom and holy church, Melvin betrayed his fellow necromancers and became the last necromancer in the world. Not hiding his identity as a necromancer, Melvin make a shop based on his now unique ability; Revival Service. Using necromancy, Melvin can provide a significantly cheaper way of revival compared to the church’s ritual and alchemist’s revival potion.
Since the kingdom and holy church, by my request, has announced my heroic deed of betraying and helping taking down the unholy church, I'm going to used it as advertising my new shop; Revival Service.
As one of the last necromancers in the world, I'm going to use are newly developed reanimation magic as a significantly cheaper alternative for church's revival ritual and alchemist's revival potions.
The newly developed reanimating magic was developed by me and my team when I was still a member in the unholy church. Although the magic seems like it's reanimating someone with free will, there is secret hidden mind control function I didn't show the king and pope when presenting this new magic to them.
Since this new magic still technically leave my customers dead, they can still use the revival ritual or potion. With this knowledge, the church and alchemist guild won't have a problem with my shop interfering with their sales.
Although saying that, I only have to worry about the alchemist guild economically since the church's revival ritual is costly and they mostly only perform the revival on church members because only high level members can learn and perform the ritual.
Having been planning this for awhile, I set up shop in Agnit, a city nearby to 3 dungeons and multiple monster nests; attracting many adventurers of all ranks to their deaths.
For beginner adventurers, they're the goblins, direwolves, and other monster nest in the nearby forest.
For intermediate adventurers the north-western dungeon holds different types of beast and chimeras.
For advance adventurers they can choose the eastern mountain dungeon containing reptilian type monsters or the north undead underground labyrinth.
Being located near another dungeon and having high affinity with my magic, I chose to set up shop near the underground labyrinth. Pacifically, my shop was located at were the path split between the beast and undead dungeon.
Since the location to chose to set up shop isn't inside Agnit, I chose to go around the city since the undead soldiers guarding the carriages would cause unwanted attention.
After arriving at the destination, I made the undead warriors construct my shop using the materials I gathered from the unholy church.
