Honestly the game story that’s stuck with me the most was the ratchet and clank series, I personally think the third while the best playing game was overhyped on its story but the first game by far was a pretty perfect story for what it was trying to achieve, otherwise fallouts besides 76,,, random thought but maybe I know he’s working with the musical lady but could start making instrument/music games and or sports? Idk what exactly that looks like in this story/in universe but could be good for training others and flexing like I’ll make you better and still be far ahead idk tho

My best advice would be if you look at Star Wars or dune, how did they set up their worlds and they’re a couple options, look around at similar works for inspiration/tweaking, or at least with Star Wars it uses the Bible’s general stories tweaking all the words and adding new one to change how we see it, there’s a lot of crazy stories in the old and new testements and in all the dropped extras stories, esdras was a book taken out of the Bible for example I think it’s a pretty good way to use as a guide because it’s long standing stories passed down and refined to just enough sometimes, so expand on it and add your own flair I’m not a story writer, I’m kinda bad at using imagery and grammar but I do read and I try to think, but I’ve found that the entertainment/books my favorite and best liked seem to be a reinterpretation of biblical stories, the matrix, heck Doom the game, and I don’t say this to say it’s gotta be a Christian story, because honestly you can take parts of the Bible and not acknowledge it just using it as a guide and set up, changing parts of course, and idk anyone’s gonna give you flak, maybe, actually someone will but meh. Your guy above me sounds like he’s actually written so don’t be afraid to throw my advice to the side it won’t hurt me 😂 hope this helps tho

Hinestly wont lie, ive read this book on this being the 4th site, before the most ive read was probably like 355 ch and then everyone seems to drop or lose it, its had worst translators ill say that, but even with its flaws its a great book. i find its one that has such a cool idea, Like if you can look past quite a bit of nationalism and more wuxia formatted youll like it if that makes sense, Its got a decent pacing, in the beginning its struggles a bit but i found i was usually looking forward to whats gonna happen next, its not exactly cliff hangers but it likes to build anticipation would recommend a read

Flash drives are pretty good nowadays or a dedicaded drive, those are bigger but more storage then you know what to do with, I find theyre pretty easy to break so dont drop it, id say a handful of flash drives with at least one as a dedicated back up, and orhers for more conistent updating, then its just compiling and Making the dedicated master copy…. At least thats my first idea on how to truly have it and not on some cloud service dependent storage, you could do a mix of both too so ever problems its only as far back as Youll have backed up yknow, im sorry for your loss I really liked your work, hope you have a good day in a trying time
