Chapter 2

I made it across the bridge and I found a beautiful spring the the sun reflected off the clear water, I started to walk towards and that's when I realized how much I was bleeding, I looked down and some of the water was red then my vision went blurry and then disappeared, then I felt my head hit the ground…

(time skip)

I opened my eyes not knowing where I was, I sat up and quickly felt pain on my back. I looked around and found a door to leave, I walked out and found a ladder then I realized I wasn't wearing my hood, but I kept walking, I found a spring and it felt strangely familiar. I stood there thinking why this spring felt familiar then it came to me.

"This spring is where…" "Where I found you."

I turned around and a boy was there. Without even noticing it I started to slowly step back, and I fell backwards, the boy ran toward me to help me up and I stood for about five seconds then I fell right back down and saw that the water was a faint red, and that my leg was bleeding a lot. The boy reached in his bag and pulled some bandages out, he wrapped my leg and helped me back to his house.

(time skip)

"How badly does your leg hurt?" "Not to bad"

"Good, are you hungry." "A little bit."

He left to another room and I just sat on the couch and looked around. Then he came back in a few minutes later with some bread and cheese and handed them to me.

"Here." "Thank you, I'm Zelda." "I'm Link…Um, can I ask something?" "Yes."

"Why did you have arrows in you?" "Oh, well it's kind of a long story." "I've got time."

"Well, I was in the woods resting with my horse because we were traveling for two days in search of a place to stay since I don't exactly have a home, and we were resting by a lake and I fell asleep, I woke up because I heard a lot of rustling in some bushes, when I opened my eyes I didn't see my horse, I looked at some bushes and a bokoblin emerged. I turned and started to run then I felt an arrow hit my back and I fell, I got back up and continued to run and felt another arrow hit my leg so I stumbled then I saw a bridge and ran across I found that spring and then I woke up here. Um, can I ask, where are we?"

"That mostly makes sense, and we are in Ordon province, but I wonder why those bokoblins chased you for so long, they usually give up pretty easily." "I don't…*yawn*" "Are you tired?" "Mm-hm"

Then I leaned over and fell asleep on him.

(time skip)

I woke up the next morning and that I was still on Link. I slowly got up trying not to wake him up, and once I stood up I heard.

"Good morning." *Sigh* "Are you hungry?" "Yes" "Okay, then I'll go make us some food."

But then he froze.

"If you want you can take a bath, the bathroom is just down the hall."

Link pointed me in the direction and I went to the bathroom.

(time skip)

I got out of the bath and saw a note slide under the door, I picked it up and it said that Link left clothes on the bed in the spare room for me. I rapped myself in a towl and left to go get the clothes.
