Learning About The Past

"Who are you?"

"I am…" Xian Chen wanted to tell her right away but then he couldn't help but to tease her so he stopped. "Are you curious?" he added, smiling looking straight into her eyes.

Seeing his mugged face was impossible for her to not understand that this one is teasing her , "I am not, you hugged me and called me names so i was just curious who ar…" She tried to escape from under the young man's inquisitive gaze, but he didn't give her a chance and interrupted her smiling.

"So you are curious!" he deadpanned and Xiang Li .knew that now she is domed, this one will make fun of her, still she didn't understand how is that she didn't get angry, she always got annoyed by Tianyu teasing but was looking like apart from shame, she didn't feel anything, maybe only a little happiness, somehow she felt happy. But there was no way to show this to him so Xiang Li pretended to be angry and slightly pushed Xian Chen who immediately panicked

"I am not " she shouted and tried to leave but Xian Chen grabbed her in his arms again.

"Don't go! I'm sorry I will stop teasing you , ok? Just don't go, don't leave me again"

Seeing that he panicked, Xiang Li stopped and did not try anything. Whatever it is, even if he makes fun of her all day, she can't see him crying so she decides to stay. Close to his chest, Xiang Li could feel Xian Chen's heartbeat which was so strong that for a moment it surprised her.

*Who are you, why do I feel so peaceful in your arms* Xiang Li wondered and without realising it she hugged Xian Chen who was momentarily surprised by her action

"So who are you? " Xiang Li asked, slowly staying in his arms and letting him keep her tight.

"I am…"

"Your highness!" Tianyu called out, approaching everyone and interrupting the two.

"Ah, Tianyu, why are you here?" Xian Chen asked without letting Xiang Li go.

"Ah , I had a meeting here and…. Why are you keeping Xiang Li in your arms?" Tianyu was surprised to see the girl in Xian Chen's arms. Somehow he was not just surprised, he was annoying.

"Xiang Li ?" The four asked surprised, this one was Yu Bin but Tianyu just called her Xiang Li.

"Yes,"

" Do you know her?"

"Yes," Tianyu answered unsure this time . Come to think of it, how well did he know Xiang Li? He doesn't know her name so he called her Xiang Li, he doesn't know her age or her origin. He does not know where she is from, if she has parents or not, brothers, sisters. Come to think of it, he didn't know anything about her. But, in these five years spent with her, he still knew something. Xiang Li was a quiet girl but if you stepped on her foot she was ready to jump on your head regardless of your rank. Usually the girls around him respected him, moreover, they seemed to be afraid of him because they never looked into his eyes when they spoke but Xiang Li was not like that, Xiang Li did not bow her head in front of him, she was always honest with him. And what is more is that in these five years Xiang Li became his closest friend.

"I saved her five years ago," he added, looking at her and smiling tenderly.

"How do you know her, Your highness, what is she for you?" Tianyu could not stop without asking the question that had been bothering him for weeks.

"She is my wife " Xian Chen deadpanned with a serious face and everyone got shocked including Bao Fang, Longwei and Moon. They knew that they were about to marry soon but to say that they are husband and wife was a bit unexpected.

"Your… your… What?" Tianyu asked, taking a few steps back in shock. He would have believed anything but that Xiang Li was his wife was hard to believe. No matter how much he tried to understand, he hadn't seen any ring on the girl's finger. Xian Chen was born on earth so most likely Xiang Li was born there as well. Earthlings usually wear a ring when they get married, but Yu Bin didn't wear one.

"My wife, her name is Yu Bin"

"Yu Bin?" Yu Bin asked, surprised. The little girls called her Yu Bin too, and then Tai Hua called her the same when he saw her.

"Yes , your name is Yu Bin" Xian Chen answered looking at her lovingly

"And what is your name ?" Yu Bin asked, looking straight into his eyes. This one was making her heart beat so strong and she felt kind of happy beside him.

"My name is Xian Chen" he answered confidently and Yu Bin got startled for a moment

"Xian Chen?"

"Yes , did you remember something ?" Xian Chen asked, seeing her reaction a moment ago.

"No but … i was waiting to meet you" Yu Bin answered looking at him , it was feeling like everyone in the world disappeared and there were just the two of them.

"You wanted to meet me?

"Yes"

"Why?"

"Because I thought you have the kei to my memories. So can you tell me ?"

"Yu Bin…. I will tell you every single thing but you should get prepared because not everything is pink." Xian Chen said, sighing.

Right now Yu Bin looks like she doesn't have any worry in the world, her only concern is that she doesn't remember who she is. Right now she was looking like Yu Bin from the beginning. Can she handle all her past? Xian Chen thought and got worried.

"I almost died, I know my life isn't pink. Don't worry , i can handle"

"Your name is Yu Bin. You Got born in the Water Realm , Your parent's were the King and the Queen from the water realm. Long time ago…" Xian Chen started to tell her every detail that happened in her life.

About how the royals of the fire realm killed his parents , how he got brought there together with Ming Fang, how they met ,how they found her sword, how her parents and master were killed, how they died , how they were reborn, and how they met again. He told her every detail about how they fought Ming Fang ,how her sword got destroyed and they put her into the mountains, how she decided to not seal Ming Fang that day and how he finally lost her for the last five years.

In the middle of all this story , Yu Bin's legs gave up so she fell to the ground but Xian Chen took her and put her on a rock there. He wanted to stop so many times but she didn't let him. She needed to know everything.

"So what happened with Ming Fang?" Yu Bin asked, sighing. Even if she doesn't remember anything ,she pitied her.

"No one knows, she disappeared after throwing you down the cliff."

"We should find her…" Yu Bin said, looking down. "And what about Yingyue? Is she ok now?" she asked, still looking down.

"She is not there anymore, we thought that she is here in her cave , that's why we are in the water realm."
