Chapter 1:

Am walking back home from job hunting and l am supper excited for securing a job in a cafe near our school . Oops sorry, l have not yet introduced myself ,l am Amelia Cruz a student who is on schoolarship in the University, am 5'1 tall ,red waist length hair ,hazel eyes ,curvy and l live with my friend in her apartment ,l think that's all about me.

As l opened the door to our house l am faced with an angry bestie."what's wrong Olly?"

"you dare ask me what's wrong l mean l have been calling your phone for the past one hour and l was worried sick." l fished my phone from my bag" my phone died sorry for making you worried"

" where were you all that while?" "l had gone for job hunting and l got myself a job" Olivia was silent "aren't you happy about it?" after some time she spoke up " why should l be happy ,your health is not back to normal yet you go looking for a job " " Olly l know my health is not yet back to normal but l can't just stay here and do nothing,besides in the cafe l will meet new people and me staying here doing nothing will make me feel like a piece of furniture , please let me do this please" "okay but if anything happens l will get you myself from there" " you are the best Olly thank you for everything" l hugged her.

Olivia has been my friend since my high school period ,she has been there for me when l faced some troubles and she took me in. She has and still is my bestie.

" Go clean up l had made dinner but thanks to you it's cold now ,l will warm it up" l walked to my room freshened up and walk down to an already set table,we took our dinner talked and parted our way to sleep.
