Chapter 15: The Hollowed Out Master Huo
M Country, Walton Hospital.
In front of a well-equipped room with a beautiful environment, several men dressed in black guard like statues.
A deliberately subdued conversation emerges from the room.
"Third Master, you have to stay in M Country for the next six months."
An old, weary voice echoes.
Leaning against the hospital bed, a pale yet strikingly handsome man slowly lifts his eyes.
His long lashes quiver slightly and he gazes indifferently at the old man in front of the bed, letting out a scoff from his throat.
"Half a year? Professor Brent, you know I don't like this country either, so your heartfelt invitation has no sway over me."
The man's thin lips part slightly, his voice hoarse, his tone indifferent.
He is the Third Master Huo Yunjiao, who was rushed overseas for treatment by his family due to an unexpected health issue.
Standing in front of the bed, Professor Brent's nose nearly flares in frustration.
What does he mean, he doesn't like it here?
If it weren't for the fact that this man is an investor in Walton Hospital, he would most certainly have thrown him out.
Professor Brent lifts his hand to pinch the bridge of his nose, restraining his temper. He grits his teeth, saying, "Third Master, you have to be aware of your situation. You are not even able to get out of bed."
His words strike a nerve.
Just yesterday, Huo Yunjiao had a meeting with his cousin, Huo Yirong, at the Yue Family residence to discuss Yirong's marriage matters.
He drank a few too many drinks at night and was about to go to bed when he was pounced upon by an unknown woman.
Like possessed by a demon, he found himself tangled with a woman whose face he couldn't even see clearly.

Anyone could see that Huo Yunjiao was in a bad mood.
After a while, the man looks up, his voice slightly husky: "Who's outside?"
Professor Brent blinks, "Bodyguards."
Huo Yunjiao narrows his eyes a fraction: "That's it?"
He didn't believe his family would let him journey alone.
His father had already retired, leaving all affairs of the Huo Family in his hands.
A while ago, his father went to Europe to relax and visit his second uncle's art exhibition, so he couldn't possibly make it back so soon.
His eldest cousin, Huo Junxin, is the President's secretary and needs several layers of processes and strict scrutiny to even leave Capital City, let alone travel abroad.
As for his second cousin Huo Yirong, he is the most free-spirited among them.
Huo Yunjiao surmised that Yirong was likely to accompany him on this trip to M Country.
As expected.
The next moment, Professor Brent speaks: "Second Master Huo escorted you here. He left just half an hour ago."
He steps forward, passing Huo Yunjiao's medical report to him.
"This time, all your bodily indicators are much lower than before. Your father called two hours ago and insisted that you stay here for half a year to recuperate. He will personally take care of everything back home."
