The Apology

Biyu closed her eyes and she was praying to God to help her from Cheng Li, Biyu knew that her life is going to end and she was ready to take it. But she startled to hear the loud screams of Cheng Li and when she opened her eyes she saw Cheng Li on the floor and the knife has pierced through her hands, blood was oozing out through the wounds.

" you bitch! How dare you to fight back at me? You filthy dog?"

" shut up you bloody!!!!!"

Biyu saw Xi behind her and it was he who had just saved her from Cheng Li. Biyu ran to him and hugged him.

" are you ok? Did she hurt you?"

" no no I am ok!"

" oh my-my well look who is here to save the little creature! Do you think you can have her from us? How long you are going to protect her? I can destroy her easily and I will do it before your eyes! Wanna see?"

" go on I want to watch it! I thought it was your daughter who is greedy and filthy but I was wrong, it was you who is the greatest greedy and cunning bitch!"

Cheng Li stood from there holding her hands and she has pressed her wounds to stop the blood flow."

" please, Xi! I beg you! My hand is paining a lot and I have already lost huge amount of blood."

" so you want me to save you right?"

" yes please!"

" then apologise to my wife and if she forgives you! I don't mind helping you!"

" what? you must be joking right?"

" Nope, you head right and just apologise !"

Cheng li knew that she has no other go since her hand is deeply cut. She did the most difficult task of her life.

" sorry, Biyu!"

" no no just bend your head before my wife and ask her forgiveness !"

" just leave it, Xi, let help her she is bleeding please!"

Cheng li gritted her teeth out of anger and moved forward to ask her forgiveness. Biyu tightened the hold on Xi when she found Cheng li moving towards her and Xi held her near his heart!"

Cheng Li bowed herself before Biyu.

" please forgive me biyu!"

"excellent! Now, where has your pride gone? She must be your stepdaughter but now she is my wife and if I want you to keep that in your mind!"

Cheng li was literally crying she could not believe her. She just apologised to Biyu,

Xi called his men to take her to the hospital.

Cheng Li left them with his man and Biyu hugged him.

" How did you reach here on time xi? I could not think about it! She was going to kill me! I never thought that my mom could do that! She has changed a lot!"

" stop calling her mom, its cheng li for you! Did you get that?"

" hmmm!"

" Martha told me that she is leaving you all alone since she is not feeling well,"

" ho was that because of Martha you tracked here? I am so lucky to get you as my husband Xi!"

" you should be, after all, I am the most charming and handsome husband in the world!"

" what?!!"

" haha just look at you Biyu, can you please take off your hands from me? Because I am very hungry today and I want to have something!"

" Oops, I forgot, please go and freshen up I will make you dinner!"

Xi closed the door and he got inside his room to get freshen up.

Xi told the half-truth to Biyu about coming early to their home. He was tensed and curious when his security told him about a man who had been following Biyu and Martha when they were shopping outside. He had worn some wired mask so that his face was not visible. Xi took his phone and checked the pics one more time to identify the person behind the mask. He had already paid some of his men to follow Biyu and he knew that he was actually ruining her privacy buy it was for the sake of her safety. When his spy Max told him about the man he just lost his temper and asked Max to catch him at once. But to his surprise that man has managed to escape from his excellently trained men.

He called Danny and told him the whole incident,

" what? How did he escape? Can't believe it, man! He managed to escape from Max!! Wow, he must be a real threat to Biyu. But why would he follow her now?"

" I don't know man, he may be a business rival and just following my wife to make me panic so that I will lose the interest in my work and they can get my projects!"

" Yeah, it could be a valid reason! "

"Hey, Danny how did you get those sex scandal of Fan?"

" I got it from her phone man! Believe me, she has dozens of such videos of her with various men and she has been using them to blackmail them. She is such a nasty slut!"

" well you made her famous! Congrats man!"

Xi hung up the call and got freshmen up. He wore the sweat pants and a light navy colour t-shirt, he went directly to the kitchen to meet Biyu!

Biyu was thinking about Cheng Li

" she felt hurt but when she realised that cheng li was hurting her for the misbehaviour of her daughter, she became very angry thinking about the whole incident. She wanted to fight back but the fear of Taylor made her silent and stupid. she always wanted to fight back for her rights and liberty but Cheng li would manage to bring this Taylor guy before her to make her weak. But today when she heard about the scandal and when she saw cheng li git hurt, she did not felt a slight pain. She knew that she was changing may be for the change will bring them happiness.

The timer alarm of oven made her came back to her senses. She has made all the necessary arrangements for a perfect candlelight dinner and she has been waiting for him. When she saw Xi coming down, her heart was beating fast because he was looking hot in the casual and she could not hide her blush from him.
